Friends, Don’t buy this shed. We spent hours looking at various sheds and readings reviews and decided to get this one. The reviews look decent, right? We didn’t want anything huge and the price point seemed decent. The material is very thin—which will be beneficial when you have to make your own screw holes. But if not anchored down, I think one good windstorm could take it away. Initially, the installation seemed to be going well. However, once we got to the roof, problems arose. The directions weren’t helpful and the screw holes didn’t match up. Save hours of your life and pass this one up. Maybe give your kids some Amazon boxes and duct tape and see what they can build first. You get what you pay for, and this cheap shed isn’t what you want.

It was easy to put together and has held up well. I would recommend it.

I made the mistake of not immediately opening and inventorying this shed when I got it, I bought the 10x12, and it was exactly as advertised, and had all it's pieces so I decided to trust patiowell on my second purchase. So far I've found a few holes were not drilled in the correct locations, and the top frame components have oversized holes, so I had to use 4 #12x1/2 screws to screw the frame sections to the corner brackets, this seems to be a result of a design change not reflected in their assembly video on youtube. I'm missing the component GS that connect two sections of frame for the top and I'm about to go buy a piece of angle iron to make it all work. Definitely do not recommend, especially if you are not mechanically inclined, and have no fabrication experience as parts may have to be made to complete the shed.

Pro: Looks pretty, low cost and door closures work. Cons: plastic protection film does not come off easily. In areas the plastic is ripped and hanging upon arrival. Also arrived bent, scratched and dented. Instructions are hard to understand-only pictures and no written instructions. Very difficult to put together, missing screws and nuts and the pre-drilled holes do not lineup. Missed delivery deadline. I am worried this will blow away in the wind because it is light weight. I recommend spending the money to buy a higher quality shed. I should have read the previous reviews before buying.

WORTHLESS! Don't waist your money! Terrible instructions, extremely flimsy, poor quality. Nothing to attach the roof pieces to. The WORST purchase I have ever made. Spare yourself the total frustration. The instructions tell you to match up the holes.... there aren't any holes in many of the pieces. Unable to attach the roof pieces. It would leak horribly, IF I could actually get the roof pieces on. Worthless! Frustrating! I would return it, but I am unable to get the pieces back in the box.

I recently purchased this building and overall the assembly process was fairly straightforward. The instructions were easy enough to follow, and the building went together without too much difficulty. It is a lightweight structure, so keep that in mind if you're expecting something extremely heavy-duty. My biggest issue was that the shipment arrived in three separate boxes over multiple deliveries, which made it difficult to know when I actually had everything needed to start assembly. Once I began putting it together, I discovered that two parts were missing. I contacted the manufacturer, and while they did respond, the replies typically came in the middle of the night, making communication slow and frustrating. The most disappointing part is that the replacement pieces are expected to take over a month to arrive, leaving me with a partially assembled building that I can't fully use. The product itself seems decent for the price and is relatively easy to assemble, but the missing parts and lengthy replacement process significantly impacted my overall experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE. Came with missing hardware, pieces missing, hardware nonexistent, dented in several places, a complete mess. It was obviously used, and returned, then sent to me. I have spinal damage and was unable to even move it, so I had my contractor friend put it together- well, try to. Except- IT DOESNT GO TOGETHER. The pieces are completely misaligned with the holes when you follow the instructions, not a single thing lines up. And it SLICED my friends arm!! Blood dripping everywhere, no holes lining up, no hardware, dented panels, the list goes on and on. My friend puts things together FOR A LIVING, followed the instructions to the letter, and this was shed is just “completely unusable.” Not what I needed to be dealing with while going through a cancer surgery. My friend was only in town one day, and I can’t move the thing or even try to take it apart. DO NOT BUY THIS. Cheap crap that’s been returned a million times and doesn’t even line up. And when you try to contact customer service, they have to send you to the seller- they can’t help. Save yourself a 5 hour long nightmare and just buy ANYTHING ELSE.

I buy so many things on Amazon but this is the first time I’m writing a review to let buyers know to absolutely not buy this product. It is a hunk of junk!!! None of the holes lineup. All of the pieces of metal are so sharp. There’s no floor on the shed and no shelving inside either. It is so lightweight that even when a small wind blows it tips over. My husband had to build his own floor. Then we had to go out and spend a ton of money on devices just to bolt it to the ground so it wouldn’t tip over. All of the pieces come dented some pieces were missing so more than once during assembly he had to run out to purchase screws. They expect you to cut the roof down to size yourself. I cannot even tell you how cheap and flimsy this is. It is a total piece of garbage. If we hadn’t already started the assembly and had everything out of the box, I would return it. But in order to disassemble parts of it, and get it back into the box and ship it back – it’s not worth it. Even after it’s assembled, the pieces, don’t line up so bugs will be able to crawl in easily. Honestly, we’re probably just gonna put it out by the dumpster. Absolutely do not buy this item.
