Okay to begin with - I was very skeptical while purchasing this because of reviews with where people received fake products / used products and what not ! In my case I received a perfect pair no damage to box 100% genuine even got 3 months apple music free which only comes with genuine purchases. Warranty information/ serial all matched perfect. Got it checked by my nearest imagine apple authorised reseller as well 😂 Coming to audio - Its absolutely stunning, these are my first AirPods, I’m using iPhones for over a decade now but never bought air pods yet I have used all sorts of TWS sony samsung etc and pretty much all of them were around / close to this price point - no one literally no airpods could match this level. The audio signature is exactly what I look for in a tws. Well this review is for when connected to apple devices, no clue how it works with android / windows. The sound is again not for everyone and definitely for bass heads. You would love the sound if you are into clarity, rich yet punchy bass and into balanced audio. Functionality - For me I just bought this for calls and light music listening and both the purposes serve incredibly well. Pricing - Its just apple being apple. 💁

I bought these AirPods yesterday for ₹12,000, and the sensor is already dead. Your own customer care confirmed it’s a manufacturing defect, yet instead of taking responsibility and replacing the defective product immediately, I’m being forced to travel 12 km to an Aptronix store, waste my time getting a certificate, and then beg Amazon for support. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why am I being punished for YOUR mistake? I paid a premium amount expecting a genuine, properly working product and professional service, not harassment and endless inconvenience. If customers still have to run to service centers after buying online, then what exactly is the point of purchasing from Amazon? Delivering a defective product and then shifting the burden onto the customer is completely unacceptable. Neither Amazon nor the seller seems to value customers once payment is done. This entire experience has been frustrating, irresponsible, and mentally exhausting. If this issue is not resolved immediately with a proper replacement/refund, I will take this matter further through consumer forums and social media platforms so people can see how customers are treated after receiving defective products. I will also strongly advise everyone against buying expensive electronic products from here. This level of negligence for a ₹12,000 product is shameful.
