A couple years ago, my doctor recommended I begin wearing compression socks on a full-time basis, and I started with the standard spandex that was not breathable and always started to smell bad after a month or two of consistent wear. I was looking for a better option that was at least a cotton blend, because my hope was that something with a higher percentage of natural fiber would be more breathable and less likely to retain sweat, odor, and skin flakes (super gross, I know, but part of being a human being, unfortunately).I’m so glad I found these! They are just as effective as the regular spandex options while being far more comfortable for daily wear, and the breathability has been a game changer for me in terms of my likelihood of actually wearing them. Levsox has always been a solid and reliable brand for me, and these Levsox cotton blend compression socks are no different.I will say that there are a couple things I don’t like as much — obviously, they’re a bit more expensive than other options, and you’re getting only two or three pairs for the same price you’d get five or six pairs in the regular spandex. I also have found that the elastic at the top is much tighter than other levsox options of the same size, which can sometimes leave marks and or deep grooves in my skin that take an hour or two to resolve once I remove them. That may be a function of the sock construction itself, or it may be user error on my part in terms of laundering and drying.Regardless, I really like them and find them to be well worth the price. I’ve bought this same two-pack four times now, so I always enough for daily wear.

These are comfortable socks. I would buy them again. From the floor to the crook of the back of my knee is 15.5 inches. My calves are roughly 15.75 inches around. These socks are just a little too tall. I have to fold over just the top folded cuff, otherwise they're perfect. Since they're only barely too large, they're still comfortable. The foot bed of the sock has plenty of room. I like lots of room around my toes. I wish they were a bit smaller around the foot/arch because it does allow my feet to swell slightly.The socks are what you would expect for a properly-fit compression socks. They don't go on SUPER easy but neither are they so hard that you avoid them. These are 20-30 mmHG so they can't be super stretchy if they're going to work. I find them easier to put on than many other sock brands.I like these socks and would buy them again. I'd love to see more cute styles. The color and style match the pictures perfectly.

These socks fit larger than average (9 and 9.5 women’s) feet just fine, and were very comfortable, yet supportive for our 10+ hours of flying. We hand washed them and hung to dry with no shrinkage for the flight home. They're a good price for a set and shipped in a reasonable time.These seem well-made and I’d anticipate should last through many more trips!

They are better than other compression socks I have tried, as soon as I got them I put them on and felt a big difference, my feet have varicose veins and for that pain so these do make my feet feel good in a way. I took 1 star off for the price they are a bit pricey. I’m a size 9 women shoe and I purchased a size M-L and they fit perfectly, I also have skinny calfs and skinny legs and the compression was perfect so if you have chubby legs I’m not sure if they would be to tight.

My favorite compressions socks so far. I've bought a few different ones, and these are the best. They are soft, they don't squeeze my knees, and they looked great. I've had these for a few months now, and they still look and feel great.

Firstly they are comfortable around the house. My concern is the thickness of the sole because I wear wide width shoes, they're already snug on my feet. The second thing I noticed is that the area between my ankle & heel still swells. For context, I am an accountant & a student. I wore them all day long as I worked from home.

These are great quality!! They were reasonably priced!! They are good compression socks. They are good when your legs are swelling to wear them and elevate your legs and feet while you sleep!! 5 Stars!!

As a nurse I have used compression stockings for years at work. I wanted a brand that was made with cotton instead of synthetic fibers and found this brand. I have worn these to work several times now and can attest to their durability, fit and softness. I have found that they do a great job of holding compression wash after wash (I do air dry them though, and I think that helps with them holding their shape)

Sizing is not accurate and they are longer than any compression socks I have ever had going above the knee. They do not provide hassle free returns as they expect you to pay and then provide them with carrier and tracking information. I do not recommend, would give 0 stars if I could.

False advertising, is not only made from cotton.

These are real Levsox and are very good. I will repurchase. They are so soft and comfy but also has good compression.

Not easy to find cotton. But these cut off the circulation below the knee. Much too tight. Disappointed I have to pay $22. to return.
