Mail ordered roses, not always the most fresh.
Customer service is excellent, but you get what you expect from roses delivered through the mail. They do their best with packaging to protect the flowers but they just don’t last long at all. Lest than 2 days in my experience. I requested a refund with the pictures showing the dead roses and received it promptly.

Very Unsatisfied
I will never order flowers on Amazon again! I paid $15 for it to arrive on time. They were deliver a day late. The flowers were wilted. It was the worst bouquet I’ve ever seen. The recipient was nice about it but I was totally embarrassed. You live and learn.
