I have used TENS2.0 the butterfly shape wireless portable version to its fullest capacity for my right knee ACL reconstruction surgery rehab! The machine still works but it's pads had worn out and there aren't extra pads available anywhere. TENS2.0 had a set timer of maximum 15mins. Intensity maximum is 20 level. 10 programs.I trusted this brand so I purchased this TENS1.0 and I am happy.Delivery next day.It works just the way I want, I also bought their extra pair of eletrode pads.Intensity and programs i am used to it, it's safe. Definitely expensive than TENS2.0. comfortable. It's portable. Pain relief is 10/10. This one has 45mins maximum timer. Intensity is maximum 25 level. This have higher number of programs.

Very niceI was suffering with disk bulge back pain issue.Pain gradually got reduced.Build quality,Modes and intensity is top notch.Battery life is awesome.Only concern is that they should’ve provided more electrode pads. All in all it’s a great product.

Dead on arrival, no refund option – now stuck waiting on an exchange
Purchased the UltraCare PRO TENS 1.0 (QUAD) on October 30, 2025, delivered October 31. Opened the box, fully charged it — nothing. No power, no display, no function across all four channels. A brand-new medical device, straight out of the package, completely non-working.This isn’t just a minor defect — it’s a total failure of quality control. How can a company ship a product like this and expect trust?Returned it immediately, but no refund option was available — only an exchange. So now, on November 1, I’m stuck with this brand and waiting on a replacement, hoping it actually works.Until proven otherwise, this feels unreliable, poorly made, and customer-hostile. Strongly advise looking at other brands with better QC and return policies. Will update if the replacement changes my mind — but right now, highly disappointed and not recommended.

Outstanding stuff. Don’t have to go to the physiotherapist anymore and waste so much money. Happy it’s made in India. The instruction manual and video were also so clear and easy to follows. Kudos to the manufacturer.

Product is good otherthan sticking pads.
*Good product. Good battery life. Pain relief is not exact like tens machine, but ok for small pains.*Major problem is the durability of the sticking pads. It is getting damaged quickly.
