I really didn't want to spend the money on these glasses, however my eyes were causing me such issues with dryness, blurred vision and the realisation that every screen seemed too bright to look at without squinting my eyes. I'd had enough and had to do something and try to elevate the discomfort. I read many reviews and settled on trying these mid-high range costing glasses. They come in a sturdy box with a lovely chunky hard case and a drawstring case if you prefer to use that instead and a cleaning cloth. I quickly got used to seeing the world through a sepia tint and when I removed them I instantly started squinting against the light source again. With the glasses on, I'm able to fully relax my vision and open my eyes/pupils fully. After wearing them for a couple of days I noticed a reduction in the blurred vision I'd been suffering with. I think my eyes were over strained and these glasses helped holt the deterioration I was experiencing. I also visited the optician and when I need to, I place these glasses over my prescription glasses for short periods of time to read small print, (can become a little heavy on the nosebridge worn that way). I use eye drops before going to bed and I also invested in a padded sleepmask that allows me to blink freely with them on but still blocks out all light during the night. My eyes have improved since putting all these measures into place. I wholeheartedly recommend these glasses to reduce blue light exposure and I would never be without them again!

Finally, after several tries, I have found blue light blocking glasses that actually stay on my face. Key are the nose bridge pads so that you can make them fit a narrow nose. These also have a fun hippie style, kind of like Kate Hudson on the Almost Famous movie poster, or Janis Joplin. They seem to be as effective as the Uvex Skyper (not fashionable). I tested them with one of those online blue light blocking glass tester color charts, and they definitely do the trick. This is the only pair on Amazon quite like this. Most of the blue blocking glasses that block this much blue light, with the really bold orange lenses, are men's sizes or styles and aren't cute. I spent way too much time sorting through the options on Amazon and could probably write a doctoral thesis on this by now. I hope my review saves you time!

It is all what is advertised for; just fantastic: the quality, comfort, blue light blooking, anti scratch lenses,....

They work, and are very light. They are plastic lenses to be very carefull when cleaning. Don't drive at night with these unless you want to wake up in the ditch somewhere. Put these on two hours before normal bedtime.

Normalmente dejo el cel dos horas antes de dormir para conciliar rápido el sueño, ya que de lo contrario amanecen mis ojos súper inflamados por la luz del celular, ya los use 2 días continuos y fantástico, a pesar de usar el cel o ver la tv tantito mas tarde, no me sucede.
