Missing items
Product was supposed to include mouse and keyboard of which neither were in the box.

Very good. Every thing works well. Mini desktop went with keyboard, mouse, usb key and antenna for wifi, even a cable transfer DSP to HDmi.

I just love these little mini-pcs! They are amazing machines for all kinds of tasks, other than gaming, of course. Unfortunately, this one arrived with a few issues that needed correcting before being put into service. First, it wasn't particularly clean inside, and I had to get in there with a small brush and compressed air to finish cleaning it out. Second, it was advertised as coming with Windows 11 Pro, but when it arrived it was Windows 10 Pro. Also, TPM2 was turned off in the BIOS, so I had to correct that, then do an upgrade to Windows 11. It's not the biggest deal in the world, and the upgrade is free, but it did require extra time and effort on my part before I could put the PC to work. Aside from that, though, everything has been fine after several weeks of use. The included USB Wi-Fi dongle is reasonably fast, the computer is quiet and has had no further issues.
