The directions for this are not good. You can go online to find videos of people who have figured out these functions. The battery is only for a short period of time use - maybe 10 min. - by design.

Q: Can I use an SD card larger than 32gb?

No, In order to maintain clear viewing video and audio, unit will work best with a SD Card up to 32GB Only.

Q: I bought one , but the sim card doesn’t work , it shows no card ... are you guys gonna send me a new one or should i just return it back ??

I received a new one after contacting the company directly. It took repeated emails through Amazon and a wait of about 3 months but I received one that is functioning well after 2 months of use (the first one self immolated).
