I brought this as was recommended to take electrolytes whilst on a carnivore diet meat only. Sirlion steaks and water. I suffer with multiple autoimmune diseases and M.E. I have read so much about it for health. I have lost 4Ib in two days. Happy about that but I want to feel well that is my main purpose. The apple & mango is so tasty really and really refreshing drink. Be lovely in the summer months with ice cubes. I was really surprised, I did want the rasberry & lemon and but it was out of stock. I would like to know what sweetner is used, but I will definitely be buying this again. I drink two of these a day to get the higher amount of minerals needed on carnivore diet.

I’ve tried several electrolyte powders, but the Forest Fruits flavour of this one really stands out! The taste is refreshing and not overly sweet. It mixes well with water, leaving no clumps, and provides a noticeable hydration boost during my workouts. Highly recommended!

This is far too sweet for my liking! Personal preference I’m sure but I’ve tried adding things to it and more water but I just can’t seem to like this
