I used this product for spanakopita. It was fantastic. The outer layers were somewhat dry or slightly dry and tore but I was still able to use them. There are 44 very delicate thin sheets. It is likely meant for baklava, but it worked fantastically well for my recipe. I highly recommend that you buy this. Wonderful consistency and taste!

Really sad about the quality of the product. I do not recommend buying this product at all. Dough sheets were all stuck together and steal. Crumbles as soon as you touch.

For backs a or European pastry delicious.Leave them to thaw for couple ours .

Very dry
I opened one of the yufka packs and they were all dry. Very disappointed with the quality. Better off using the Greek fillo dough from the frozen aisle!

Perfect for Kullaj!
This phillo dough was perfect! I made a kullaj out of it and it cooked up perfectly, was kind of hard to peel apart, but I managed. I will be getting this again!

this dough had a weird flavor and came shredded in pieces i tried to use it but ended up throwing it in the trash.
