I have found videos on youtube that give you exelent information about Black seed oil. I am 73 and my leg needed mostrising so I have used the Black seed oil, it did the treat. I have nice smooth legs now :} I also found out that you can use it for swelling, so I used it on my ankles. Yes it differently works. You dont need much at all. well worth the money

I havn't took this for a while but when I did it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I read how it catches the back of the throat. I can't exactly remember why I bought it but think I might start adding it to my protein shakes again.

This stuff seems to be good quality, but it’s the first time I’ve bought it, so I haven’t anything to compare with. Some people when reviewing BSO say it tastes of gasoline and is disgusting to swallow, but I like the taste of this, which made me wonder if it was not the same or diluted. I don’t think that’s the case, I just have a high tolerance to bad tasting liquid lol. Have been using it for a variety of things, drinking a small amount daily for general health, and putting a little in my dogs home made food too. His coat seems better but that’s not a scientific analysis, just an observation. I tried rubbing a little around my eyes where I get dry eyelids in winter. It did seem to cure the dryness and soften the skin overnight. One thing I will say is if you get any in your actual eye (as I did) you will know about it!!! It’s not quite as stingy as shampoo but certainly uncomfortable. Just go careful around the eyes. I rubbed some into my scalp where I’d had some dryness (not dandruff so much as little scabby patches) and they healed up in a few days. I’m going to be using this a lot more, so have enlisted on subscription for it. Recommend it without reservations. Just wish they did a 1 litre bottle for about £17.

Great addition to my wellness cupboard

The first thing to say is that this oil comes in a plastic bottle. I knew that when ordering as part of my try outs of various brands of black seed oil. So I'd never make this a preferred buy--not so much for environmental reasons as for possible leeching of microplastics into the oil. Most black seed oil brands come in glass bottles, which necessarily adds to their price but to me is preferable. This oil is by far the runniest and lightest in colour I've tried. That suggests to me a low proportion of black seed to carrier oil. I can't be sure on that, because black seed oil is a mysterious product with absolutely no regulatory guarantee to its composition. Buying it online is a challenge, which is why I'm experimenting with different brands to become more informed. Neat black seed oil, as crushed by machine from the seeds, is highly intense and would be both awkward to use and super expensive. So explanations for the huge, bewildering price variations in this market probably lie in the ratio of dilution to carrier oils and in the quality of those carrier oils. For me, it would feel counterproductive to consume black seed oil for my health if it were mixed with an unhealthy, cheap oil. To be fair to this oil, they say it is organic. That must apply to all the contents in the bottle--and you can't claim a product is organic if it isn't. But why you would put an organic oil in a plastic bottle I don't know, because plastic is not organic. (They also say this oil is "pure", but that's meaningless legally.) Since there's no legal definition of black seed oil that guarantees how much pure black seed oil is contained in each blend, I'm having to judge brands by texture and taste. My conclusion is that this product, though very thin, is genuine, which is why I give it 3 stars. It does taste like black seed oil (which has a peppery flavour you can't fake), if with a more metallic note than I've come across in other brands. I don't use black seed oil externally. But I guess a thinner solution would be much easier to apply to the skin, so there's that.

- De entrada le pongo la máxima puntuación de 5 estrellas a este producto porque, aunque aún no he podido constatar el beneficio directo de este aceite sobre mi organismo, bien sabidas son las propiedades que el aceite de comino tiene sobre el mismo y sin ninguna contraindicación. Además porque tanto la generosa cantidad de 500ml, el envasado en botella de plástico oscuro que preserva su estado y conservación y su buen etiquetado, tanto en lo informativo como en lo estético, así lo merecen. - Nunca había probado este tipo de aceite y he de confesar que cuando lo abrí y olí tuve dudas de si me habían enviado el aceite u otra cosa porque por su fuerte olor, a mí recuerda al de disolvente de pinturas, me creo dudas al principio de si se trataba de un producto para la limpieza más que de un líquido ingerible. Luego vi que no :-)) - Su sabor también es bastante fuerte y contundente para quien lo pruebe por primera vez y deja la boca como reseca y con un gusto que perdura durante bastante tiempo aunque no llega a resultar desagradable. Yo prefiero tomar mi cucharada diaria en ayunas y sin mezclarlo con nada porque pienso que de esta forma actuará de una forma más óptima. - Cualidades más concretas a destacar de este producto en sí serían el buen y contrastado prestigio del fabricante: Alpha01, su prensado en frío que no le resta propiedades y como decía al principio el buen embotellado en cristal semiopaco para protegerlo de la luz y sin aportarle derivados por contacto de haberse envasado en un recipiente plástico. En definitiva, me parece un muy buen producto. Totalmente recomendable su compra y con una relación de calidad-precio que, aunque en un principio puede parecer algo caro, para nada es así por dos razones fundamentales: Por la calidad de fabricación y pureza de este aceite y también por la cantidad proporcionada que, con las pequeñas dosis de ingesta diarias recomendadas, garantiza que nos dure bastante tiempo y no tengamos la necesidad de reponerlo en breve .

Un aceite virgen extra cuya calidad reconocerás desde la primera cucharada. No suelo adquirir productos alimenticios de marcas desconocidas por internet; prefiero ir a una tienda física y ser informado por la persona encargada. Aun así, la confianza que me dio la información proporcionada por la etiqueta de este producto me invitó a dejarme llevar con la convicción de que se trataba de un acierto. La certificación orgánica, la calidad que representa que esté prensado en frío (con lo que mantiene todas sus propiedades intactas) y los beneficios que aportan sus componentes al sistema inmunitario y digestivo eran base suficiente para creer en él. Lo primero que hice nada más ponerle mis ojos encima fue buscar información al respecto y me fijé en las virtudes que posee la timoquinona para nuestro organismo; un elemento muy presente en este aceite de comino negro. El producto viene envasado en una botella de cristal oscuro de medio litro (otro detalle de calidad que preserva sus cualidades). Esa cantidad da mucho de sí, teniendo en cuenta que la dosis diaria recomendada es la de una cucharadita de las de té o café. La etiqueta tiene un diseño atractivo y ordenado y es una baza a la hora de atraer nuestra atención. Su sabor es sorprendente. A mí me recuerda a cuando como un pan integral de calidad hecho de forma artesana. De inicio es intenso y en ocasiones me deja un punto picante en el paladar. Evidentemente, lo puedes combinar con otros líquidos si no te satisface tomarlo solo; para mí no es desagradable y me acostumbré desde el principio. Puedes también utilizarlo como aderezo en ensaladas, en sopas, batidos, etc. Lo consumo por las mañanas con el desayuno, así evito saltarme ninguna ingesta, y se ha convertido en un elemento más que aporta salud y múltiples beneficios a varios niveles. En el tiempo que llevo tomándolo, he notado mejoras a nivel urinario, no yendo tanto al baño como me ocurría hasta hace poco, por lo que entiendo que ha reducido la inflamación de mi vejiga. El resto de aportes aún no los he detectado de manera palpable, aunque seguro que están presentes. Es cuestión de seguir con una dieta saludable con la ayuda de esos elementos, como el que nos ocupa, que nos dan un plus en cuanto a mejoras personales, tanto por dentro como por fuera. Me siento satisfecho por haber obtenido este aceite y lo voy a recomendar sin dudarlo ni un instante.
