I’ve owned this suitcase for over a year now, and it’s been a pleasure taking it on multiple trips. It’s a high-quality, eye-catching piece that’s received compliments from everyone I’ve shown it to. I’ve been impressed by its durability and stylish design, and the smooth operation while traveling has been a huge plus. However, I did encounter an issue recently with the locks. They seemed to jam, and when I reached out to the manufacturer, they were prompt in responding and offering to send new locks and instructions on how to replace them. Ultimately, they sent me a brand new suitcase of the same style, and I’m thrilled to use it for my upcoming travels. If you’re looking for a suitcase that’s not overpriced but still looks like it should cost ten times as much, I highly recommend this brand.

I don't really spend time to review anything on here unless it is really exceptional or has a serious issue. However, this time I really want to share my experiences to everyone that looking for purchasing zipper-less suitcase for their upcoming trip. I bought the 2-piece set to retire my old S'cure Samsonite suitcases after ton of researches, YouTube videos, reviews.... I decided to give AnyZip a try. I chose it over many similar brands on Amazon due to the simple design and functions. I've been traveling to South East Asia many times and One thing I learned is you need to have a zipper less suitcase to prevent breaking but not screaming too expensive that people might steal the whole suitcase regardless of the lock or zipper. I received the suitcases just 2 days before the trip. They were not disappointed! I love everything about it. It looks awesome in real life and feel study every corner. It can hold so many things that I end up removing stuffs back and forth to make sure It's not overweight. Just couple hours before the flight, I had to open the big suitcase to add one little thing into the suitcase but the lock was stuck! I tried all the combinations I could think of (even I never changed) but I did not open! I ended up breaking the lock and transfer everything into my old Samsonite suitcase! I had no choice. I thought it was not a good way to start your vacation. I tended to send the seller a message but I had no time and was still furious with that freak incident. So I left and 2 weeks after, I was about to throw the suitcase away because I thought returning something this big without the box is such a hassle but my wife said why don't you send the seller an email to let them know, It might help others later. So I sent email with photos. The next morning, AnyZip team replied me with an apologize, mentioned that the lock could be damaged during the transportation and offered to refund the whole amount without sending the suitcase back! I was so surprised and beyond happy with such a genuine and wonderful customer service. I never expected such a swift and generous response like that even with bigger, more reputable companies. I believe whoever behind AnyZip will continue to listen to people and perfect their products in no time. I am greatly appreciate their time and effort to listen to customer and will definitely buying their products again for my upcoming trip. At the meantime, I have a free Carry-On to keep and test. The AnyZip Luggage, 2 piece, Carry On and Checked Suitcases, ABS Hard Shell, were great! I bought them for a 15 day cruise to New Zealand. Both were the maximum allowable size, with square corners for maximum volume; in fact, the Carry On exceeded Airline limits, but I found EVERY Carry On exceeds the limits, if you count the wheels. The Carry On fit easily into the overhead storage inside several different types of airplane, even though it was so large. I was able to cram the dirty clothes at the end of the trip for both my wife and myself into a 10 gallon plastic bag into the Huge Checked Suitcase. The sides are slightly flexible so it bulged from the huge amount of clothing and weighed 40 lb, well below the 60 lb limit. I bought the Orange pair for easy identification at the airport, and they were always easy to identify, even among hundreds of suitcases. It came with two extra pairs of wheels, as mentioned by others. I did not use the locks because, thx to the terrorists who ruined air travel, TSA has to open all the bags anyway, so I just make sure I Carry On anything valuable. The handles and wheels worked perfectly.

I bought the blue TSA locked set for a trip to Prague. I was worried they wouldn't hold up on the trip because of some of the reviews. It was my first trip so I was very anxious about everything, but mostly about getting a good luggage set. First of all, the colors were really cute. They stood out among most of the other luggage which made it easy to pick them out when I needed to. The wheels were very smooth and the handles worked pretty well for me. There was a time that I had to go from pulling the carry on along the floor to having to carry it up the stairs of a plane. Taking my bag off, putting the handle away, and lifting the carry on in a hurry wasn't an issue at all. The carry on also fit very well in the small overhead compartment of one of the planes I took. As for my checked in suitcase, it took a bit of a beating on the return flight, but the damage was all done to the outside in minor scrapes at the top corners. It held up pretty well for my entire trip and I was overall very happy with the purchase. I'd definitely take them on another trip.

Looked great until actually used it. It came off the airplane dented, bent and popped open. It will never be able to be closed again and now is garbage. This was a Christmas gift for my older parents who took them on their first trip in March. It was a nightmare for them. All of their belongings were sticking out of the damaged case on the belt. They were unable to gather them on their own and required the assistance of airport personnel. When I tried to contact the seller and Amazon I was given the run around on who was responsible for the warranty to no end. Do not purchase unless you just want luggage that looks great in a closet. Actually using this product is not possible. Side note: it was not just one bag, it was 2 bags purchased and used at same time. Maybe you can say one bag had a defect, but 2? No that is just garbage manufacturing.

I’m giving this luggage 4 stars only because I haven’t had the chance to test it at the airport or on a trip yet. I purchased the 2-piece set (28” and 20”). The package arrived pretty light, which was a nice surprise. The 28” suitcase is very spacious and has plenty of storage, making it great for longer trips. I absolutely love the sleek design, the TSA lock, the metal corner details, and the smooth-rolling wheels. So far, it looks and feels like a great quality set — I’m excited to see how it performs on my first trip

Really happy with the AnyZip 2-piece luggage set! Both the carry-on and the big suitcase feel super sturdy with the aluminum frame, and I love that there’s no zipper to worry about. The TSA lock is convenient, the wheels roll smoothly, and the white color looks so clean and stylish. Overall, great quality for the price and perfect for travel.

A REAL BARGAIN, I have not actually utilized my luggage to date. It’s actually purchased in preparation for my trip to Brazil. Why I choose this particular style and color it looks classy and expensive, not the true price I paid, the color. I choose pink as it is my favorite color I’m hoping the pink will stand out making it easy to track. Although I purchase locks, this luggage comes with a combination lock, which is TSA compliant. The luggage seems pretty study, the larger piece does not expand, as space is as if it did expand. The overhead luggage, all pieces are perfect and spacious with wheels and handles side, top had two handles. 価格、重さ、サイズ、収納性、デザイン性、 この価格帯ではコスパ最強ではないでしょうか。 見た目はとても小さいのですが、無駄な部分は少ないためかとても軽くて運びやすいです。 また内容量も大きいので７日間の海外旅行でも必要十分でした。 帰りに沢山おみやげを買って帰るという人は物足りなさを感じるかもしれませんが、 それはお土産バックを手荷物で持って帰ればいいので、スーツケースとしては十分です！ またデザイン性も良くて安っぽくないのがとても良いです。

タイムセールでＭサイズを購入しました。 黒でもデザインが可愛くて女性でも持ちやすいと思います。 3人で冬服を一日分。荷物多めの上にテーマパークのポップコーンケースを入れてほぼ満杯でした。 帰りにお土産も入るかな？という予想は甘かったです。でも荷物の重さを考えると、これぐらいが1番扱いやすいのかなと思います。 Sサイズを1つ増やして、荷物を2つにするか、Ｌサイズを買い足して帰りのお土産まで全部入れるか、、、。 悩むところです。 スーツケース本体は想像以上に軽くて、キャスターもスムーズでした。 星を減らす理由がなく、5つで。

4泊5日の旅行のために購入しました。 色も良く、高級感があります。 滑りが良いので、移動が楽です。 梱包もきちんとされていて、旅行に行くのが楽しみです。 購入して大満足です。

注文した後すぐ発送してくれて、2日後には届きました。シルバー購入。 箱から出した瞬間、思っていたよりも大きくてちょっとびっくりしました･･･。 でもSより大きくLより小さい物を探していたのでこんなものかなと思います。 キャスターはとってもスムーズ。取手を少しだけ伸ばして本体は平らなまま(？)横移動もスイスイ。 本体を傾けての移動も軽々とスイスイ進みます。 中に荷物を詰めれば重くなるとは思うけど、それでも難なくいけると思います。 1ヶ月後に2泊3日の旅行に行く予定で、万が一 交換等が発生した時の為に少し早めに購入しましたが、傷やヘコみなど問題なく準備もOKです。 シャンパンブロンズの色がとってもキレイです。
