Survived a full cycle washer!
I think this product really deserves an amazing review. Left them accidentally in the pockets of shorts without a case, forgot and threw the shorts into a washer, 45 min warm normal cycle - they still work like nothing happened 🤪 found the airpods out of the shorts' pockets just scattered all over the washer floor. No damage, work as before, all feature seems to work just fine - insane! I've been using airpods since 2019, have all three of them and all three still work. The battery on the older ones is not that great, but the quality is still fine. What an amazing product. Lasts forever, quality is great, fit is great. I don't think there are any other earphones that feel more comfortable. I've had some qualms with airpods 3, them and these new airpods 4 do not stay in the ear as well as the airpod 2, but it's ok, I;ve learn how to deal with them. Maybe it's just me, but they fall all when I smile :D.. Oh well, as long as you don't smile too much, these are perfect. A note on active noise canceling - this thing is straight out of scifi. I actually thought its noise canceling for a mic, didn't realize it is for the earphones themselves. It's cool, but drains the battery too much. Useful when driving on the highway with open windows. Anyways, for all the negativity out there, I think sometimes Apple deserves a pad on their back. What other product would have survived a washing machine

Great, but not perfect noise cancelling, and very comfortable.
This is the first apple product I have ever owned. As a long time android user, I was worried that my experience would be sub-par when trying to use an Apple product with a Pixel. They don't work as seamlessly as they likely do on iPhone, but they do still work. That being said, I have some difficulty pausing and unpausing my music with the earphone, and turning the noise cancellation feature on and off requires holding one earbud for a few seconds. It would be easier for me to do that on my phone, but it's not possible with my Pixel. I primarily purchased these to use the active noise cancellation while mowing my lawn. I absolutely cannot stand the rubber earplug type headphones, and previously used a pair of Sennheiser over-the-ear headphones with active noise cancelling to mow my lawn. Those are the gold-standard, but they're very hot to wear in the summer, and the sweat becomes irritating. They also tend to slip off your head when you hit a branch, or bend over. I replaced those with Pixel Bud Pro's. Those sounded great, but the rubber earplug design really irritates my ears, and they are "outside heavy" because of the large bubble that sits outside of your ear. That means they constantly slip out and require adjustment. The sound quality and volume level of these is lower than both my Sennheiser and my pixel bud pro's, which both have more bass and higher clarity. That being said, these are MUCH more comfortable for me and didn't require as much re-adjusting as I mowed my lawn. The active noise cancellation works very well, but not as well as either my Sennheiser or my Pixel Buds. I was able to listen to my podcasts at a reasonable volume while still mowing my lawn, but it did leak more lawnmower sound than either of my other options. As far as using these as hearing protection with my backpack leaf blower, unfortunately these are absolutely no match for that sound. One option that's on the Pixel Bud Pro that I miss on these, is the "transparency" option. Pixel Bud Pro's have 3 operating modes. 'Normal' mode, which operates just like any other 'normal' headphone. 'Active Cancellation Mode' which performs the active noise cancellation, and 'Transparency mode' which actually amplifies external frequencies consistent with human voice which makes it easier to have a conversation without removing your earbuds. That missing feature isn't a deal-killer, but it does mean that I have to remove these earbuds when someone wants to talk to me. Overall, even though I'm a Pixel user, knowing what I now know about AirPods 4 and Pixel Buds pro, I can say I prefer the AirPods 4. They're much more comfortable, and the active cancellation is adequate.

Apple quality so you can’t go wrong
I bought these on sale, so I feel like I got a heck of a deal. They pair seamlessly to my iPhone and iPad, obviously. I use these mostly for phone calls for work and listening to moves as I run on the treadmill. For phone calls, they do a great job of blocking out background noise so I can hear while also isolating my voice so others can hear me. My office is a bit noisy and I haven’t had any complaints about excess noise on my end. For running on the treadmill… These block out the treadmill noise almost completely. I’m impressed. I watch movies on my iPad while I run (I run a lot) and there’s nothing I had more than the drone of the treadmill. They MOSTLY stay in place, but I’m not too embarrassed to admit I’m a sweaty person. Sometimes I need to take one out and wipe it off to stop them from draining sweat into my ear. It stops the movie while I do, but it starts again as soon as I put them back in. I don’t have any issues with them falling out completely, but sometimes it feels like they shift when I sweat a lot and I need to adjust them. Side note: I have never had an issue with AirPods malfunctioning from sweat. These are no different. I’ve run over 1500 miles with these and they are still working flawlessly.

I love the noise cancelling feature!
I did not even realize that these were noise cancelling when I purchased them, what a pleasant surprise that was. I can put these in my ears when we go on side x side rides and still listen to my audiobook. I actually think they are similar to earplugs and save your hearing because of the noise cancelling. Of course, you can turn that feature off and listen to all the outside noise as well like when I am picking wild blueberries in the bush in Canada near our cabin and I want to listen for bear and moose. These fit in my ears a bit different than my original AirPods so they seem to fall out a bit more because I was so used to my other ones. I think it is just a different design that I need to get used to. The sound is great and they seem very durable and comfortable. I like the wireless carrying case and the controls on the AirPods are great. I do use them when I exercise as well.

Amazing gift at a great price!
I bought these AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation as a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves them! The sound quality is excellent, the noise cancellation works really well, and the transparency mode is a great feature for everyday use. They're comfortable to wear, connect instantly, and the battery life has been great. The best part was the price, I found them here at a fantastic deal compared to other places, which made this purchase even better. Overall, this was a perfect gift, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality wireless earbuds at a great value.

Great Sounding Earbuds on Android⭐
I'm a lifelong Android user. I've never had an Apple product because I didn't think they were that innovative compared to Samsung. Samsung has the fold and flip phones. Apple has the ugly bar on their iPhones they call "Dynamic Island." Not my thing. I've even had Samsung buds live. They were truly great sounding with nice bass and a smaller case. I decided to get these based on bunch of written and video reviews. I was disappointed that it didn't have an app for Android. I was a little disappointed, but these were on sale for like $120. The case is surprisingly smaller than the buds live case. And I like how these don't go all the way inside the ear, just like the buds live; it just sits on it. That's why I chose to get these instead of the pro models. The sound is what won me over. One word to describe Apples sound signature: fun. These sound fun and explosive. The bass is always present and the highs have an extra high. All the notes sound smooth. Great instrumental separation also. My favorite band is Linkin Park and they sound awesome in these. I've had Samsung, Sony's and Shures and although I love them all, these come out on top. The ANC is also surprisingly effective. It blocks out around 50-80%. The transparency mode is super. It's almost like wearing nothing in my ears. Though the fit takes some getting used to. I do have to constantly adjust it when it moves out of place. I also can't sleep on my side with the stems sticking out. I know why they're there. It's for the mic and the mic is superb. Next version should have it a bit more ergonomic and have the stem retract a bit. Love the white color on it. Seems to be made well. Durability factor is quite good. I can wear there for hours and not have issues with sound. Sucks though that I can't view battery info on my android though. Might have to use third party apps for that. I was sad about not having the option to use the main equalizer for it but the sound straight out of the box is top notch; I don't think it needs any sound equalizing, at least for me. All in all, these are great sounding, light earbuds.

Best AirPods so far, in my opinion.
This are my favorite air pods so far. So many functions. Connectivity is a breeze. Sounds canceling and conversation recognition takes a minute to get used to but all that is adjustable also. Great for exercise, work, watching your favorite shows even when other people are being noisy around you. I have not tested the call quality with them much yet but I bet it is great considering how good it is at recognizing sound and buffering out things you don’t need to hear and making sure you hear the things you do need to hear. Also, same with all AirPods I think, I love that you can make them chirp to find them. I have had to use that sooo many times.

Noise cancellation? Game changer!
These earphones are pretty good. I’ve had multiple airpod models and the sound quality of these is pretty on par with others. I didn’t notice anything wildly different although I will suggest getting the option with active noise cancellation. It is worth it. They cancel noise as soon as you put them in so they work great if you’re out and about and need to focus or even if you’re feeling overstimulated and need to drown out the noise. Overall a decent experience but I give it only four stars because of the fit. If you have smaller ear canals, these aren’t able to be adjusted.
