Quality product. Been taking this once a week along with a multivitamin. I am a vegetarian and thought this might help tackle my frequent colds. Cannot say this has had an effect.But this is a quality product. No side effects. No fishy taste or smell.Recommended does is once a day. So monitor closely and adjust the dose accordingly.

I brought this for my husband and me. We have used almost for a year and found that my immunity level has improved a lot. Now we don't feel tired during exercise. Muscle cramps have gone.We take this and centrum multivitamin tablets (men for my husband and women for me) on alternate days 30 to 40 min after dinner.Our blood check up now has shown excellent improvement.
