Working great for my soughdough bread to bot stick to the sides of the baton/bowl while proofing/rising.

Just used two tablespoons worth today to make a rice paste to go into some Kimchi. Never tasted it but I expect it to taste like rice. In making a rice paste one needs to screen the flour first as it will clump. My mistake. I used a sieve. to blend out the clumps but sieving the flour first will go a long way to reducing clumps albeit pre-blending the flour with a bit of cold water and a shaker to blend the flour before putting it into simmering water to make a paste. Thus far the rice flour is doing what I need it to do so no real complaint.

The item package was leaking even thought the shipping package is not damaged so it looks like it was leaking when shipped. Also the package was less than the three pounds in the description. Update: The company contacted us and offered a full refund.

I needed this for ttoekbokki. Had it not be because of the covid pandemic, I would not have been buying this but I couldn't find the right kind of rice flour at the store and I was not able to go to an asian market, so this was the next best thing. Great quality and good for the price. Would have been fine if there was another pound.

Great value for a gluten free pantry. Using daily in baking mix with other gf flours & recommend to others. Quality is far above Bob's-not grit in my baked goods.

This brand is smooth, I haven't detected any grittiness at all. Fresh and best part no bugs in it. I will absolutely buy again when I have the money.

This white rice flour doesn’t ruin my desserts recipe because color is white & taste is good. When we make desserts, not only taste is import but color is also affect the outcome. I don’t want my desserts turn out to unappetizing color. So, I’m very happy with my purchase.
