Maestri House 14OZ BasicFro 400 Milk Frother and Steamer

This milk frother is top quality. As you can see in the photo, it whips the milk to a stiff peak. It also warms it up nicely. I used 2% milk in this picture. You get what you pay for and this one is worth the slightly higher price. I purchased a less expensive one and it did not perform like this. It also died exactly a year later. It is easy to use and clean. Don't fill it above the max fill line inside the pitcher. I didn't see the markings and it overflowed.

Initially, I liked this frother for temperature control as well as lots of froth, even though it's not easy to clean well. I had one electronic glitch which required multiple back and forths with customer service, but it was fixable, until two days ago. I was extremely careful to always keep the base away from water, so I don't know what caused it to suddenly emit a loud POP and short out with a terrible chemical smell, but it was dead. When I contacted Maestri, they said that since it had been 22 months, they would not replace it. It comes with a 12-month warranty, but they would "give" me an 18-month one. I spent $70 on this frother, and for that, it should last longer than not even 2 years. Fortunately, I had purchased the extended warranty through Amazon, and my claim seems to be going through quickly and easily. I will certainly not be buying another one from Maistri! I see they have dropped the price, maybe due to bad reviews. But $50 is too much for 22 months of milk froth, right?

This works great so far. I haven’t made a heated one yet, just cold for my iced coffee. The first one arrived used and with a cracked handle. I returned that one and a new one arrived the very next day. I use it every day. It’s very easy to clean, and looks nice on my counter.

I have bought too many milk frothers to even attempt to count. I’ve had the fancy handheld ones, battery and the one with the charger. A few of the automatic ones and finally I bit the bullet and bout the Maestri one and LOVEEEEE IT!!!! I can’t believe my penny pinching nonsense kept me away from my baby for that long!!! Save yourself the trouble, just pay for it. U won’t be disappointed

Both broke - don’t waste your money. Loved it until it broke but the 1st lasted less than a year, the 2nd less than 6 months. Absolutely would not buy another. Not value for money, non-functional, unreliable, and unbelievable they’re still selling these with all the bad reviews!

Unsweetened almond milk + sugar free skinny syrup = delightful coffee house drink made in the comfort of your own home! You don't have to use skinny syrup, I just like going to the next level with my coffee creations! haha. This is so quiet, and does an amazing job! I was worried it wouldn't froth unsweetened almond milk to my liking because it's not high fat or sugars...but it did an amazing job! So much foam- by the spoonfuls! I keep forgetting to take a photo or video, but trust me when I say- this is EXACTLY what you're looking for! It takes a few minutes (total guess- but maybe 2 minutes?) to heat up and froth --it has a nice beep when it's done so you know it's ready to pour in. There is no waiting time, it takes longer to heat up my Keurig than it does to finish frothing my unsweetened almond milk! And cleanup is a breeze! I am so glad I bought this gadget, and I'll be recommending it to everyone! Plus, the color is AMAZING! I went with the aqua because it's my favorite color--but you can't go wrong with any of the colors!

This model does not include a cold foam option, but the 3 star review is based on it being hard to clean because it begins to burn milk during normal frothing. It also does nothing except heat other types of milk, which I can do in the microwave. For now I’m sticking to my small, cheap, electric hand held frother

Do not buy this product. I purchased the Maestri House Milk Frother, and after 3 months, it's no longer heating up. It just spins & spins, and it doesn't stop as it did previously. The Amazon return window has closed & I have reached out to Maestri House to potentially get a replacement.

Acheté au début de l'année. Je m'en sert tous les jours et je suis très satisfait. Les ajustements pour la température et la consistance sont appréciés. Toutefois, à la fin d'avril, l'appareil ne voulait plus réchauffer le lait. J'ai contacté Maestri House par courriel et j'ai obtenu une réponse rapide. On m'a demandé une petite vidéo montrant le problème ce que j'ai fait le même jour. Sur la vidéo on pouvait voir que le mousseur tournait sans arrêt ce qui était anormal puisque l'appareil s'arrête normalement lorsque la température est atteinte. Le lendemain on me donnait le choix d'être remboursé ou de recevoir un nouveau mousseur. Ayant choisit la dernière proposition, le nouveau mousseur m'a été livré en 5 jours. Je suis toujours satisfait de l'appareil. Je remercie la compagnie Maestri House d'avoir rapidement respecter la garantie avec promptitude.

Burns milk onto the bottom only on one side. Love it other than than and can’t get product support I tried

Attractive small appliance to go with my Nespresso. They don’t make a white frother. So I found this one. Works well. I drink 0 milk not 2 percent. It froths perfectly on the thick size frother. Washes cleanly. Comes with one extra wheel for frothing and the tool to change it. Great product.

Superbe mousseur à lait ! il comble toutes les attentes .. il chauffe le lait ou chocolat chaud .. la mousse et toujours impeccable .. il a beaucoup de fonctions selon les besoins .. verse bien le lait avec le bec verseur (certains en ont pas) .. convient autant pour le petites ou grande portions .. En plus il est facile à nettoyer ps: Service à la clientèle rapide et exceptionnel nous Avon eu un souci avec le produit et ils ont offert une solution wow et sans frais. - Après avoir utilisé plusieurs pousseurs à lait tel que Breville, Nespresso ... celui-ci est le top ** Franchement je vous le recommande. 👍

j'ai acheté ce produit il y a 6 mois, je l'utilisais une fois par jour pour mousser mon lait pour mon café et depuis quelques jours, il ne chauffe plus, le lait reste froid... Ce n'est pas un bon achat, je ne le recommande pas
