I have finally found the perfect lamp for my jigsaw puzzle rotating board. I have a 34 inch square rotating puzzle board on my coffee table at all times. I needed a lamp that has a small footprint, is light enough to sit on the corners of the board without causing it to seesaw. And I didn't want a white light and I didn't want a black light. This one is sort of charcoal gray which matches my gray leather furniture not that that means anything but I just like the tones of it in my living room! Much nicer than stark white or industrial black. So that's one plus, but it's got all the other things that I needed. It adjusts up and down the LED strip twists sideways. I often picked my lamp up and move it around my board, and when it doesn't have a 7x4-in footprint it's much easier to do. The footprint on this is like an inch and a half by 3". It's narrow. There's a room to spread out my puzzle and have all my other accessories that I need without having a big slab of lamp base. That's what caught my eye in the first place. It goes up to 5500 in brightness I guess that is, I just know that the good ones go that high. You punch the button once to turn on the light and then you punch it to change color and rotate the round dial damn or brighten. I thought I liked touch buttons but I decided I like this rotary dial with the ability to incrementally lower or raise the brightness because you can get it just the way you want it instead of it being steps of brightness, it's a rolling ramping up or down. You can more accurately find a pleasing light situation. It's attractive it has all the lighting colors you would need, it gets very bright, and I can lower it in the evening. It's such a small base that it can be moved very close to areas of the puzzle. You can set it right on the puzzle if you need to. And the adjustable light panel is just amazing. I had given up on finding one that went up and down and rotated sideways as well. This is the perfect lamp. Absolutely perfect. I almost want to buy more than one so I will have a backup! It cost slightly more than I've been paying for puzzle lamps or task lamps. And I bought them from several different places including amazon. I've had probably eight different lamps, some of them made by a manufacturer that makes crafting lamps that you see at craft stores, that are fairly expensive. This one out performs those and looks nice as well. I'm just sorry I've wasted so much money on cheap lamps over the years. This is a name brand and this is the name brand to buy in this particular task lamp. And you can charge things with it! I don't know that I'll be doing my phone but other little things like my dog's little electronic toys I can plug in here easily with a short cord, or I can use it to charge up little flashlights, various little things that are laying around the house that always need a charge and have short little cords, this is perfect for that. My one and only semi-complaint, is that the cord, given where I have to plug in, is a little short for the particular space where I'm working my puzzle right now. It's not my usual place so it will only be a problem for a little while, because the cord has to go around the table and over a chair arm, so by the time it gets to my coffee table there's not much slack but it's doable. Even three more inches would be helpful. I don't even know how long it is I'm sure it's in the description but that's the only thing I would change. Thanks to Honeywell for manufacturing and engineering the best best little lamp for my purposes. It's like they heard everything I needed! Get it get it get it get it! It's really not that pricey at all, it's going to outlast all of those really cheap ones that I bought for half the price that have died on me. You can feel the quality when you're dealing with it. It's got a steady on with no quivering in the light, and again it's so attractive and sleek and it feels nice and it just looks nice.

I'm using this next to my bed and it's perfect for reading or just adding extra light in the room. I love how small it folds up, and it doesn't feel flimsy. The adjustable brightness and color options are nice, since different people have different needs. The ability to plug in my phone is a bonus! It was a really great value for the money, as I first saw some similar lamps on another famous home goods website that starts with a W, but they were really pricey. I'm glad I purchased this one as it is meeting all of my needs at a fraction of the price.

Should have gotten this sooner! It is the perfect lamp for my 1974 Technics turntable! The gray color is almost a perfect match and aesthetically, they look wonderful together. I originally purchased a cheap LED task light with a bendable arm because it was cheaper and brighter than this one (on paper). But, now that I have the H01, I wish I had just gotten this one first! The light quality is better and more pleasing. The adjustable brightness is super nice. The tiltable arm is designed well and is FAR more aesthetically pleasing than the "posable" design of cheaper alternatives. The button functions are intuitive once you learn them. However, I do wish it was a single click on AND a single click off. I'd rather be able to quickly turn it on and off using the same single click rather than a single click to turn on then single clicks to change the color temp. I never change the temp, so the long click to turn the lamp off should really be to change the temp in my opinion. That said, it makes sense after using it a few times.

Pros: - Tiny footprint, heavy base. It takes up almost no space and is very sturdily planted where you put it. - Lamp head tilts and swivels, making it easy to direct light where you want it. - High CRI!! This makes colors look better and is very rare to find amongst desk lamps. - Bright, bright, bright at max brightness. - Giant knob to make it easy to turn on in the dark. This is good UX. None of that capacitive touch button BS. - Adjustable brightness and color temperature. - Extra USB charging ports are a nice touch. Cons: - The lowest brightness is not nearly dim enough. This can be somewhat rectified by folding the lamp head all the way shut against the vertical strut to block most of the light, but.... - If you plug anything into the USB ports, the cable will interfere with closing the lamp head completely. - The power inlet is an old-school barrel jack instead of USB-C. So if I ever lose or mix up the power brick, which I often do, I'll be SOL. - The USB-C output port is not type PD, so it charges pretty slow. Conclusion: - If they made it type C in, put the USB charging ports on the back instead of the top, and upgraded the type C charging port to PD, it would be a home run. - As it is, it is still a fantastic lamp. I bought two and am planning on buying more. Great product.

I love that this lamp has multiple light settings, specifically the warm light options. The light it gives off is perfect for working, not too bright, not too dim. And I like that it has a small footprint on the desk. And a simple one button for changing settings and turning it off/on makes it easy and simple to use. (Much better than the side on/off button that is hard to reach.) Price is fair for this lamp. I wish it came in more colors, like olive green or navy blue.

Perfect size and weight for a rolling computer desk. Love the various light levels, perfect for managing eye strain. The 2 different USB ports are conveniently located on the base for quick charging access. I was so grateful to find a 6 ft. electrical cord since I frequently move my computer desk around the room. This should be included in the product description. The very stable base is heavy and padded, with no skidding. Once again, another great Honeywell product, well-made and constructed with the right features.

Excellent lamp. The control is a bit counterintuitive: click the knob for on, then when on, click to cycle through colour temperatures, then click-and-hold to turn off. Rotate the knob for brightness makes sense of course. Click for on, click for off and click-and-hold to cycle through colour temperatures would have made more sense to most people I would say. Regardless, I still think it deserves 5 stars. The lamp quality is excellent and the measured CRI with my Opple Light Master is 98 at 4000K and right around 95 for 2700K and 5000K. I use it as a desk lamp and as an inkjet print viewing light. Superb value for the money.

I purchased this HONEYWELL desk lamp to replace another similar style desk lamp of a different brand which was faulty. This was the best decision I made, because this lamp is built very well with a nice weighted base, simple yet intuitive controls and the light not only goes up and down but can be twisted sideways and has various shades for different times of the day to ease eye strain. What a brilliant idea. Although it is powered by a 2 pin European Plug, I just added an international adaptor to use here in Australia and it works perfectly. The white colour blends in seamlessly with my all white office desk. Having tried other desk lamps which are cheaply made and unreliable, this Honeywell Desk lamp far exceeded my expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone needing a slimline, compact, practical, reliable desk lamp.

Great lamp, we have 4 of them now. The ability to change the tones and the brigtness with the same button makes use a breeze. Aesthetically, they are very modern and very clean for the desks. Lots of adjustability. The USB A & C ports are great little additions for charging devices, not the highest amps but enough to get power back into things.

Lamp is good but check what orientation the power supply will be in your wall socket or power strip . In my case the flex cord would have been better if it was like most other plug flex cables , for me it is on the wrong side as it is facing towards the wall. For most people this probably won't be a problem.
