Nice
Great adjustable ladder. Love the size.UPDATE:I’ve used the ladder a couple of times and it’s not as sturdy as I expected. I only extended it8-9 feet and it was bending a significant amount in the middle which made me a little uncomfortable being up on the ladder. Just remember “you get what you pay for”

Defective Almost Immediately
This took way too long for me to review. I bought this about 2 months ago and should have written about the unreliability of this product the moment it started to fail me, since then it’s been nothing but down hill.To preface this - I am an exterior contractor and routinely climb up to roofs and inspect gutters / downspouts and siding. The ladder opened well the first time and only then. After that there has been one rung specifically, the third, that does not come out unless I fight it with great force and cunning. After about fifty opens the bottom second and fifth rung have collapsed unevenly which causes me the need to slam it down for it to collapse completely.Once the ladder’s safety lock failed and one side gave out while I climbed and I fell off. Some may think that was user error but at that point I had learned of its defectiveness and have a way I open it up, rung by rung waiting for the sound of the lock in between, to ensure this did not happen. It’s ONLY saving grace is that it somehow does support my frame of two hundred pounds, though it does bend and bow making me seriously doubt if it could handle much more.To summarize, you should consider a more secure ladder in this case and definitely spend the extra bit for a sturdy, reliable, and functional ladder.

Pay attention to safety first.
I have a very good review and I note grave concern.First off think of this like a firearm. It is very useful in particular situations so long as you pay close attention to safety concern, and practice. The design is awesome. To my surprise It came with accessories, like hooks, wheels, and stabilizers. It also has a curve at the top to set against a pole or tree without affecting its ability to set flat against a wall, cross beam, or other vertical surfaces. Now to the firearm perspective. You must be sure that all locks at each level are engaged. More important is that you must, and I can’t emphasize enough, you must keep your hands and finger away from being pinched as you lower each section. It’s tricky. There isn’t much room for error when you slide the locking levers to lower the sections they come down like a guillotine. And if you don’t know what that is, it’s what the barbarians used to take people’s heads off. No, it might not kill you, but you could easily crush a finger, or rip flesh from your hand, crush your hand, or at the least get a terrible blood blister while lowering. Know your tool and pay close attention to your placement of hands. Practice! With that said I would give this “initial out of the box review” a 5 star.

Take your time putting these together you will have fun!
Well, this is what I will tell you the instructions are worthless. You’re gonna have to follow the picture. Not multiple pictures the one picture. Number two they indicate that the nuts are all thread locking, but not the ones you use to put the bar together to give you added width and stability so they will fall off. Second, I don’t know what the hell they wanted you to do with more buckles and webbing because they don’t work. They’re either on the wrong sides or there’s pieces missing on include a picture or you’ll understand completely when you see it.

Bad quality
This ladder is cheaply made and dangerous. The steps are unusually far apart making difficult to climb up and down safely. One of the plastic feet ripped while trying to install it. None of the switches to lower it worked properly. It also twisted while moving it to another location. I have been in the trades for over 25 years and this is by far the worst ladder I have ever used. I returned it.

Compact and easy to use
I like how compact and easy to use this ladder is. It has a stability bar that you can install onto the base (assembly needed), rubber feet to grip the ground better, and easily removable hooks on top to hook onto a gutter for added safety. The rubber feet/grips are a little difficult to install, but you can warm them up in the sun or boiling water to slide them onto the stability bar / base easier.

Perfect Height to Reach My Carport Roof
This is the perfect height for reaching the roof of my carport! I love the hooks that grab onto the roof for added stability! I weight 225 and this telescopic ladder supported my weight with no problems at all! It's light weight and compacts nicely making it very easy to store. I Highly Recommend this ladder!

Overpriced and under delivered
Ladder came with a bent cross bar. Rungs slam shut, no soft close at all. Ladder only has a cheap strap to keep it closed, does not lock when carrying. It comes with 2 wheels, but they don’t roll at all and only hinder you trying to move the ladder, better to just throw them away. This ladder is one of the sub 100 dollar ones, with a higher price tag. I’m not sure the other reviews are actually reviewing this ladder or not. Keep looking.
