This is a bit hard to put together after you still isn't together I'll give you a good enough directions with it but it's a good dirty product

This product is cheap and falling apart. Just asympbled it yesterday. The instructions booklet is very poor and vague. You wouldn't know what screws or pieces to use. First the screws were missing a few. Some velcro was stabled and come off from the first use. The plastic pieces that go inside the metal bars from both ends kept coming off. If you are taller than 6' or 180cm thos thing is not for you. The shoulder support carries my weight and that defeats the purpose of handing. I had to remove it.. Overall, this machine is scary and I am unhappy with it. After it took me hours to asymble it now I have to take it apart to return it. !!!!! Waste of time.

At first I wanted to return this. After making the correct adjustments for my height, I'm very happy with this sturdy, wider table. Had a Teeter years ago that was not cushioned and not wide for bigger people. This is the only table I've found with neck pads which allieve my chronic cervical pain.

Instructions? There are none. Only a diagram that is difficult to read as the print is so small. Clunky and poorly balanced. Ie. getting on and off the thing is difficult at best. The lock out strap is ridiculously inadequate and does not "lock-out" as intended. Save your money and shop elsewhere. If I could return it, I would. But I purchased it before Christmas to have at my family home for when I visit and did not put it together until February 20th. I am well versed in inversion tables and usage (10+years now) and am not exaggerating about the faults in this unit.

This product has no instruction except a picture of the unit assembled and list of parts. absolutely no instructions on how to use., no videos on Amazon site, none of company site or any you tube videos on product. One got together then Me Right the real challenge to try to use it. Trying to get your body to incline with this is very dangerous. You have to literally swing your body back over yourself and if you don’t have the arm strength, you have to walk your legs up a wall, or put your feet on the bars to try to push yourself back. Once you can get your body in a partial incline, it is very hard to keep yourself from flying forward and no way keep yourself in a partial incline. You have to try to steady yourself to keep it from going into a full incline or popping back up. I emailed the company and multiple days in a row I only got a reply that they would look into it. My only question to them was a video or a booklet on how to use the machine and that was not something they were capable of providing and just giving me the same email every day the technical department was looking into it. Have no choice but to take this thing back apart and return it and definitely making sure the new inversion table I order has videos and instructions on how to use.

value of money and works well. i relieved my pain in my lower back and it’s comfortable. it’s a good pain relief. it’s also very stable and portable. the bed of it helps the stability and it’s easy to get back up.

Instructions were vague had to figure out a lot of things on my own. Finally got it to work, but not as good as other tables on the market.

Tolles Gerät...stabil und gut aufbaubar. Kann ich empfehlen.

Quand j'ai ouvert le colis au regard de la succincte notice de montage et à la multitude de pièces à assembler, j'avais décidé dans un premier temps de la renvoyer. Puis m'étant ravisé je vais finalement payer quelqu'un qui va essayer de faire le travail à ma place.

Bit of a mission to assemble it, but once it is set ip, it seems sturdy and safe enough. If you are tall like me at over 6”, you will need help to invert the table as the pivot point is not adjustable.

Les goupilles de verrouillage ne sont retenues qu'avec une bille derrière une rondelle !? L'appui tête n'est pas réglable (je n'ai pas été assez vigilant à l'achat, mais rien ne l'indiquait) Toutes les positions d'inclinaison sont en effet possibles, mais le réglage se fait avec une sangle dont la tenue se fait avec une boucle, la sangle elle-même n'étant pas bien solide. Bref, des positions bloques par une axe (comme c'est courant) serait de meilleure facture.
