Life Changing Supplement
I am so very thankful for this product. As someone who has tried it all, including several other magnesium products, THIS IS GOLDEN. I started using it about a month ago and have slept through the night ever since, and with no side affects. I usually have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep and this has changed my life. I’ve recommended it to several friends and family members and they all agree, their sleep quality has improved.

Safe sleep
Sleep Breakthrough helped me to fall asleep within 20 minutes. I slept through the night and did not have any side effects in the morning very safe product.

Sleep breakthrough? Not so sure about that.
Not sure it’s the sleep breakthrough advertised, at least for me. I’ve taken the capsules for a month with no discernible sleep help. At best it helps a little to help me fall back asleep after waking up in the early am. I will try for another month to see if it helps. Sometimes supplements need to get into your system before realizing any benefits. Time will tell but so far this has not been the sleep solution I was hoping for.

Kicks in fast
This kicks in faster than an hour for me and I realize that half a dose seems to be much better suited for me. I like that this company third party tests all of their products. I like the powdered magnesium powder so may give the powder version of this one when I run out of the capsules.

Good company, good product.
Love this product, get the mag you need without the ahem "Bathroom" effect. I use them every night to assist in a good nights sleep. I believe they do work and most likely have a good long term effect on your health.

Mentally awake and legs twitching and running.
First of all, let me start by saying I am a fan of Biooptimzers products. I take magnesium breakthrough every day. Sleep pretty well, but trying to avoid the multiple times waking up in the evening to use the restroom. That being said, the sleep breakthrough was not in line with their other products. I did not sleep. My brain raced, and my legs felt like they were running in bed. I would love a full refund for this. I tried to get a refund and it said it’s not eligible for refund.
