Soooooooo good I crave it. Been going through a bottle every week, lol. Not very spicy which I like and it makes it so you can use a LOT of it at once. Such a unique flavor. The umami of the truffle compliments the hot sauce so well. Add a sprinkle of salt to it and you get an incredible flavor profile like no other. Good on everything and anything.

This is the perfect sauce for the whole household. I love TRUFF and it's my go-to when I want heat. However, Melinda's is a little different. It has a similar taste to TRUFF but with an Italian (Mediteranian?) flair of spices added to it. It is awesome on steak, chicken, eggs (particularly deviled), and pork. Making an Italian hero?... add Melindas to it. It's awesome. It's even good on a basic toasted slice of bread. The whole family loves it for the flavor and hint of heat closer to tobasco. Give it a try.

Wow, is this sauce a surprise! I enjoy a little kick of heat, but I'm not a fan of hot hot sauces. This sauce really is not that spicy, so don't let that deter you if you're a big wuss like me. The umami flavor is rich, and I've been enjoying it on eggs and sandwiches among other things.

Not very hot, but lots a flavor! A bit thick, so it sticks where you put it.

This hot sauce is very truffle and very garlic, you have to really like those two to enjoy this. It tastes fine, but people will either think it's yummy or make a face at the weird flavor. I suggest you sample it first (lick your friend's bottle or something) before grabbing a whole bottle for yourself.

Unfortunately, since Melinda's made their very recent manufacturing switch from Columbia now to Mexico, the sauce has lost significant flavor and texture. Up until about a month ago, this used to be my favorite Hot sauce and I would have it with my lunch every day for years. I practically drank the stuff. Now its a much thicker consistency and taste far more like buffalo or wing sauce with little to no truffle or tanginess at all.. Its a bummer because I really cant seem to find anything that taste even close to the original. I really hope Melinda's tries to get that OG flavor back. The new Mexico manufactured version is not good at all IMO and tastes nothing like it used to :( It almost tastes like an expired/ spoiled version of the Original. You can tell which ones are the good ones based on the back of the bottle. If it says "Product of Columbia" its going to be good. If it says "Product of Mexico" it will taste like thick buffalo wing sauce. If you have been using this hot sauce for awhile like me, you will know exactly what I am talking about.

This is one of those products where a little goes a long way. Perfect amount of heat with a lot of flavor from the black truffle. I recommend buying if you love truffles.

Not too hot but just enough for the kick I was looking for. Mixed it with the wasabi sauce and wow! It really was amazing on our steak! The combination was extraordinary! Need to order more of the wasabi as the bottle was on the small side but the truffle sauce was in a generously large bottle so it will probably last a while. The cost was also very reasonable.

Amazing truffle flavour and great level of spice goes with everything, finished way to quickly need another bottle!

Amazing balance between truffles and actual heat (proper ghost pepper)! You really get both things coming together beautifully, this is definitely a winner

I am absolutely addicted to this sauce. It's spicy, tasty and it's a good amount for the price. It started as a present and now I have to reorder it every 2 weeks lol
