Better than factory in the case of my Samsung QN55Q60CAFXZA!
Remote shipped on time, remote arrived in a foam bag sealed with a QC pass sticker, showing a recent date in 2024 (wish I'd grabbed a photo of packaging). Pairing the remote was.. easy, the slightly more challenging part was unpairing the previous remote, but that's a TV/Software problem and unrelated. Remote actually looks better than the one that came with my Samsung QN55, and works perfectly.

Great Quality
Got this for my sister as a replacement when my dog chewed the other - works great with her TV!

NOT A SAMSUNG PRODUCT!!!
Worked OK for about a week, then the center button would stick and move the cursor all the way to the right without touching it. Next, the battery would have to be charged via cable almost daily. Eventually, it stopped charging all together. With nothing left to lose I opened it up to see what the issue may be, and even though it has the solar charging panel, it is not wired to anything, so it's just a prop that has no actual function. Even though it says, "Samsung remote", I'm positive it is a very cheaply made knock-off.

Lifesaver!
The replacement for the original remote is about $97 on the Samsung parts website, plus delivery wouldn't be for about 4 or 5 days. This remote cost half the price, came the next day, and works beautifully. Get this remote if you accidentally break or lose your original TV remote! It works amazingly well, just the same, and we didn't have to spent $97!! Will definitely buy this again if we need another in the future.

Does not change fully
So I bought a used like new one since it was half the price, it works but it does not charge to 100%, only 58%. I’m giving it 4 stars but I am concerned it’s not going to hold a charge after seeing other reviews.
