Great value.
Not fitted to the bike yet, but it's been slaved into the car for testing and so far I'm well chuffed. Was a bit wary of updating it online after others' recent problems but everything went smoothly and its still working as advertised. A little too bright even with the auto dimming working properly and charging for the mobile camera locations is definitely a bit outrageous when it's advertised as free updates. Having the mobile locations wasn't for me though, TBH, as this can make devices go off every two minutes when driving. Seems very well built on first impressions - time will tell. All in all not perfect but close & definitely deserving of the full five stars.

Works well but aerial positioning critical
A good product and at £25 delivered it's just 25% the cost of a speeding ticket so I felt it would be worth experimenting with. The unit comes very well packaged and seems sturdy although it's a little bulkier than I would like. I managed to find space under my seat though and spent a while routeing the cables neatly to the front of the bike. I thought I'd found the ideal spot for the aerial on top of my brake reservoir (rectangular, flat topped and clear view of the sky) but the unit just wouldn't pick up satellites no matter how long I left it initializing. I was very disappointed but in desperation relocated the aerial to the top of the yoke (not the neatest looking place if I'm honest) and it now picks up satellites very quickly and works as advertised - very well - in fact I've actually ordered a second unit for my sportsbike. I've given it a 4 star rating - dropped a star due to the size of the unit and the fact that the aerial is sensitive to location. Top Tip - experiment with various locations for the aerial and make sure it works before securing it in place.

this really is a simple piece of kit, but it does it's job well. i had absolutely no problems connecting it to the bike (gpz500) and it worked as it should from the off.if you are after something that will keep you aware of KNOWN fixed and mobile sites in unfamiliar areas, then this is for you. if you're after something that will stop you getting caught by any speed cameras, then buy something like a radar/laser detector.......if i was going to say any negatives, it is that at night the LED is very bright, but you can simply bend it away a little and it takes the edge off.this served me well on the M25, where it knew where every gantry with a fixed camera on it was :-)a good purchase, and i would buy another if i needed to.

Good when was working but now just annoys me...
Bought two... The first one did not make the first day. The second worked great for a few weeks but now won't find any satellites, it flashes green all the time which is very annoying. I end up removing it and went straight to the rubbish.Don't waste your money on this.

Not installed yet.
I must admit i did not fit the first one i had bought until last Friday, think i have had it for two years. One of my mates asked me to go for a ride, my wife was not pleased as she had heard he was a nutter, so i fitted it to the bike after i updated the software which was easy.Went for a blast and was shocked it picked up ALL the fixed cameras and mobile cameras, the mate i went out with was also impressed.Dead easy to fit two wires and cable ties and you are there. This second unit is for my other bike.I have three of these units and they do work, well worth the money.

Stopped working after 4 weeks unfortunately, INFORAD finally replaced it after multiple emails back and forth. Weird thing it also interferes with the Garmin satnav I have on the bike so haven't fitted this new one back on now.

Inforads Speed Camrea Warning System
Top quality equipment but the advertisement did not state that it could not be updated using Apple computers. This drastically reduces its use as it gradually goes out of date and cannot be updated. There are a sufficient number of Apple computers now for it to be able to be updated using this system.

Great camera warning
Works well, light is bright and in your vision. Easy to update and lifetime updates included. Where you cannot easily get an audio warning this is a good alternative. Highly recommended
