Faulty one!
Even though I have seen an excellent customer’s review for this product, but the one I purchased was somehow faulty! As the case wasn’t charging and the headphones wouldn’t turn on and connect to my phone.

Works as expected.
Good. Fit my requirement to have an earbuds that still allow me to hear my surroundings. Primarily use it for audiobooks and podcasts. Still have my iems and hires earbuds for when I want to go on full audiophile mode.

Honestamente quería unos audífonos solo para correr así que no buscaba lo mejor ni gastar mucho y vi varias opciones pero me llamó la atención esta marca que tenía muchos comentarios buenos y decidí darme la oportunidad de probarlos y pfff me encantaron realmente! Su sonido es muy bueno y fuerte (claro no los compares con audífonos de 5,000 o más) pero para el 95% de personas estará genial y la batería les dura mucho, no se caen por nada del mundo y se conectan súper fácil!! Se pueden personalizar los botones a como quieras de lado izquierdo y derecho a través de app…peeeeeero solo una cosa les faltó y es que no puedes subir o bajar volumen directamente con ellos pero de ahí en fuera todo lo demás 10 de 10. Con seguridad te digo que no te vas a arrepentir

Están geniales! justo lo q buscaba, unos audífonos q no tenga q introducirlos tanto dentro de la oreja, pq luego al rato me molesta y duele. Buena calidad de audio, se pueden ajustar al tamaño de tu oreja. No se caen si corres o haces ejercicios, he tenido otros q si los toco apenas pues cambian de canción o se apagan, estos no. Con su app puedes controlarlos, tienes luces q se ven muy chulas y discretas q es opcional ponerlas. El estuche es super fuerte cómodo y no pesa. Son fáciles de conectar. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

I was skeptical about open ear headphones. I decided to give these a try because Anker is a trusted brand. I fully charged them because, you know, directions. I listened to Rush Fly by Night because that has always been my headphone test. Better than my in-buds. High marks and my ears didn't sweat. I watched a couple of action movies wearing them. Color me impressed! There's no isolation to be expected. The V20 sounds great and allows you hear your surroundings. The comfort is great for me. So far, it seems to stay on well. The performance exceeds the price point.
