Printed in China?
The book seems to be full of great information. Why was it printed in China? Cost cutting move? What else does this book cut?I''m reading War and Peace. It's an English translation from a Russian book with French writings. It was printed in Canada.I'll be getting another distilling book.

Good for a Beginner
I have been interested in learning to distill alcohols for a few years...I already make wine so this seemed to make sense as a new hobby. This book so far is really good. I know very little about distilling but this is teaching me so much. It is written in simple, easy to understand language and goes through the whole process. It includes recipes and really everything you need to know to at least get started. I'm sure there are plenty of higher level books out there...but if you are a novice like me - this is a great way to get started.

Not so much…
Something you should know… the author is also the owner of the company that is recommended throughout the book for supplies… just buy this thingy and everything will be fine… NOT much truly valuable information- unless you have never even googled “distilling” Not full of information as I had hoped. Instead try “the Alaskan bootleggers Bible” - now that is packed with good information!
