Hi, ingredients for the Harissa are Red hot pepper, garlic, coriander, salt, caraway and acid citric. So no vinegar, we hope this helps.

How long are the sticks?

It’s only a 70 gm tube but very tasty! I use it on toasted veg, roast potatoes and in roasted red pepper and sweet potato soup!

Is this vegan friendly?

Ingredients list Red hot pepper (87%) , garlic , coriander , salt , caraway & acidifying E330 ; no specific markings re vegans , hope this helps in some way.
