Excellent bean to cup machine
A not unsubstantial cost machine, which I've had for a couple of weeks. I'm very pleased so far. It's very easy to use, speaking as an inexperienced espresso maker. The Ninja videos to set up, as well as the paper Quick Start Guide, are excellent. I watched the set-up video, accessed via a QR code on the machine, first then I used the paper guide to set it all up. I've used it at least once a day since I got it and did invest in some decent coffee beans ordered online, which it is highly likely I will continue ordering. A coffee made from freshly ground beans is definitely tastier than one from beans sold ground! This machine only uses beans, you cannot put ground coffee in the hopper. The milk frother is also outstanding with its different froth styles. I have had none of the problems others mention. I do think it's important to thoroughly clean it after use as the easily removable stirrer in the bottom of the jug could get gummed up with milk if not cleaned properly after every use.

Love this machine!
We were a sage barista express household for about 5 years, quite happily, until our machine kicked the bucket. When it packed it in, we decided to give the Ninja Luxe a go, and we are so happy that we did! While the coffee seems to take marginally longer to make, the process is so much simpler, and a great cup of coffee is much more reliable. The machine is easy to use, and has so many different options for different kinds of coffees. We particularly like that there’s a setting for plant based milk, and that the steam wand self cleans. Love this addition to our kitchen!

Absolutely love it
Review for Ninja Prestige 2-in-1. This is a filter coffee and pod capsule machine. It is really easy to use with excellent easy to follow instructions. My partner and myself have been drinking coffee all afternoon and I must say I am delighted with this machine. Love that it makes up to 1.8L of coffee in a carafe. Even better that it can keep the carafe of coffee hot. Has a built in milk frother as well..doesn’t heat the milk but it froths well. I have the Luxe Premier as well and both are sitting together in my kitchen. The prestige will be used when I need to make many coffees or I fancy a pod coffee.

Started as a Dream, Ended as a Total Disappointment
When I first got the Coffee Machine, I was buzzing. It looked promising, packed with features that seemed tailored for coffee lovers who enjoy a bit of tech and finesse in their brew. Sadly, one week in, and the love affair has completely fizzled out.Let’s talk about the milk steamer. On day one, it was creamy, velvety, everything I hoped for. Now? It just warms the milk. Frothing has disappeared completely, no matter what setting I choose — it’s like the machine gave up on even trying. Then there's the fancy feature that “adapts to your coffee grind based on the bean type.” Sounds great in theory… but in practice, it’s chaotic. The grind recommendation keeps changing unpredictably, and the amount of coffee it grinds varies each time. I once selected a quad shot and got a sad little pour that barely covered the bottom of my cup.All the flashy features that convinced me to go for this model? Turns out, they’re more gimmick than game-changer. It feels like a product that focused more on marketing than performance.Really disappointed. For the price and the hype, I expected consistency, not disappointmentsat the firstbweek.

Good machine
Ok so I had this coffee machine for more than two weeks and can honestly tell my opinion about it.Is it good? Yes, it's a good and sturdy device, Ninja did a good job with their first coffee machine and personally I am pleased with it like with other Ninja kitchen devices that I have. Will it be good for you? Well it depends and I will explain why.First of all it is not fully automatic and that means that you DO have to put a small effort in making good coffee, not just pressing a button like in an automatic one :) However comparing to my barista pump coffee machine it's much faster and simplier and the process is guided by the machine itself. I feel like it has the perfect balance between automation and manual control. I do not recommend cheap beans - as someone wrote, you put trash in you get trash out :) Then this "smart adapting grinding" - it is helpful with new beans but there is definitely a moment when it keeps changing the grind size every time you start preparing coffee with the same settings, so I do recommend to write down or remember the grind size that works well specifically with each type of beans and next time just ignore machine's reccomendation. Also, I am very pleased with the quality of filter coffee - size and strength selection are such great options. Cold brew comes out very good, too. But most of all I liked milk foaming - it works brilliantly with any kind of milk and gives smooth velvety result so you will get nice coffee shop quality drink. This device is generally worth the investment, the reason why I gave 4 and not 5 stars is that the smart grinding feature is a bit unreliable - but overall the idea behind it is brilliant, may be it will be improved in Ninja's future models. The drip tray size could be a bit larger, though it is not critical for ne as I do empty it after every few brews.Great job, Ninja, keep improving and satisfying us customers! :)
