Very good. Followed package instructions as to grind and usage. Best sausage ever. For smaller batches use 9 grams spice mix and 1 tablespoon water per pound of meat. I used 2/3 pork butt and 1/3 pork belly.

Good Deal!
I made 50 lbs of sausage yesterday. It was the first time using this seasoning. I sprinkled the seasoning on the meat before I ran it through the grinder to make it a little easier to mix afterwards. We really like the flavor but it is a little salty. This coming from someone that loves salt! Overall, it’s easy to use and I would buy it again.

Best Breakfast Sausage I've ever had
I recently purchased this seasoning and tried it today for the first time on one pound of ground pork. I blended it in two batches (½ lb each) with 1 level tablespoon of seasoning and 2 teaspoons of water in my small Ninja blender. The flavor was outstanding—better than any breakfast sausage I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this product!
