When I was younger (I am a Southern girl) I remember taking a concoction (definitely not voluntarily) that was made by my grandmother to cure colds and other ailments. This Serene Herbs Soursop Bitters taste just like that childhood elixir! For those of you with a sensitive palate, you may find the taste to be repulsive, however, the product works! I started the regimen by taking it in reduced dosages (two teaspoons every night the first week) allowing my body to adjust as it WILL cleanse your gut. I also noticed some other positive changes to my complexion. It became clearer and minimized the appearance of acne on my forehead. Having started this routine, I have been regulated and on a routine schedule on eliminating gut content, which is a great result. This stuff works, Lord have mercy does it work. But it tastes HORRIBLE. If you can get past the taste, it's a great product. I took away 1 star ⭐ because of how bad it tastes.

I’ve been taking this for eight days now it’s still too soon to tell, but I can say this: It really does have an instant impact in helping you to sleep better at night and you do feel the effects of it working in your system right away I’ll have future updates perhaps a month or two from now, to see how it has improved other concerning issues with my body.

Seems to be working pretty well but I’d advise you not to take it in the evening after dinner….woke up with the worst cramps and had to run to the restroom at 3am…that wasn’t fun… kind of hurts my stomach when it finally does hit but I guess it’s worth it in the end. My bloating has seem to have gone down significantly and I feel lighter. I haven’t checked my weight but it seems like I’ve lost some pounds. It tastes gross I’m not gonna lie but it’s bearable. It’s easier to get down if I just take the 2 tablespoons and drink water or juice immediately after as opposed to mixing it with a drink. I wish it wasn’t so expensive but I’d buy it again honestly.

It's really does all what it says and stomach bloated gone, lack of appetite and full of energy, the taste is not so good drink alot of water after taking it. Not a bad price it's worth it. Smells good and has a smooth texture, I take 2 tablespoons drink plenty of water everyday and it has a berry sent.

Very bitter but I just chase it with water. I believe it is helping me use the bathroom a little more regularly. I suffer from constipation and this stuff seems to help. I haven’t been taking it too long and I only take half the dose.
