These are pretty big as G9 bulbs go, until you remember that they've shoehorned in full wireless control and millions of colours including warm, neutral and cool white, all dimmable from 1 to 100 per cent.As with all things these days, you'll need the app to control them but once paired you can link to Alexa or Google Assistant and do all the controlling from there. There's also support for IFTTT and SmartThings.There's a lot of presets in the app to flash, fade and alter the colours, some suitable, others a bit dubious but all fun. You can set schedules, use sound-to-light, use activity-related presets and more. Brightness is good but not amazing. Probably better suited to wall lights or bedside lights than main room lights. I chose the frosted "milky white" bulbs for the diffusion so it may be the clear bulbs are a touch brighter. Also, while most of the colours are very well produced, they seem to have a bit of an issue with greens which are a bit weak for some reason. Quite an achievement to squeeze so much innovation into such a small package, now if all the companies could get their heads together and produce a single app for all of them that'd be great. These will earn their keep at Christmas.

I was a bit shocked at the size of these bulbs when I opened the pack. My existing LED G9's seemed big compared to the original halogens but these multi-colour smart bulbs take size to a whole other level. However, they did fit into the kitchen light fitting without protruding which was good news.Aside from the compatibility with Alexa etc, they also use the Smart Life app and as I already have several devices that use that app I was keen to try out these bulbs. They were found by the app and paired within seconds and I was away. The initially light white and I found the warmth of the whiteness could be adapted as could the brightness and they ended up perfectly matching the other standard bulbs.However when you want to change the colour tone, its really simple by the app and they really are impressive in their array of colour. They are very clever and very good for the price especially when compared to other similar smart full colour bulbs. Very impressive.

The lights are good in terms of brightness and the diffused light effect. The WiFi connection can be a bit finicky at times but it's on par with alternatives.

These I-Shunfa wireless lights are marginally bigger than my old LED G9 bulbs, but do just fit within the fitting.Really simple to setup, as I have a number of bulbs and plugs already using the Smart Life App so literally took 60 seconds to add both bulbs and connect to Alexa.The colour combinations give you lots of options, but as these are just side lights for me, more ambient than full lighting, I've adjusted the lights to suit my needs. They can easily be changed within the App though depending on your mood.I'm really happy with them, and hopefully they'll last a long time as I will onlybe using them at weekends.
