I’ve been using them 2weeks and I skipped2days by forgetting.I didn’t notice anything until 3rd day. I wake up super early and by 11 I just want to pass out. This is where I noticed an improvement of energy! I no longer feel a crash by midday. It’s not like drinking a monster if that’s what you’re looking for . I feel I can pull thru days without needing to nap. You have to apply patch in different locations or they leave a red mark. Patch needs time to stick ,so I wouldn’t apply right before gym or it may sweat off.i will keep buying these
