Fantastic liquid! Keeps uti's at bay and prevents them from getting worse! You still need to see your GP of you have a uti though :)

After suffering recurring uti’s and frequent trips to the doctors for antibiotics, I discovered this stuff and haven’t looked back since, excellent and would defo recommend

Some improvement with symptoms

I can’t say enough about Cystex products! I started taking Cystex liquid (one cap a day or two if I was having symptoms, like the instructions said) in July 2019. I remember exactly when because it gave me my life back! For 3 years, I had bladder infections not just chronically, but constantly. A week or two after antibiotics, the infection would come back, if they even went away at all! I was put on daily antibiotics. Once I started taking this EVERY day, I only got UTIs every 2-5 months. When I use the antibacterial pills too, I don’t get UTIs at all. The liquid seems to be absolutely necessary, when I can’t afford both, but I had one recurrence when I did the liquid-only again, for a while. I personally prefer the combination, to be safe. Before I used Cystex, I couldn’t work. I had to leave two jobs because I was missing too many days and it was too painful to work. I even got 3 kidney infections, which is serious. I was worried about my health! Now, I can be active, go to school, and work! When I started using the liquid, I had an infection and took antibiotics at the same time. When I got occasional infections after starting, if I increased the dose at the first sign of symptoms, two went away without going to the doctor. I do NOT recommend exceeding the recommended dose, even if having symptoms. I did that once to try to make sure I was healthy on vacation, and I spent a lot of time running to the bathroom. It made me go a lot! It doesn’t do that at all if I just take it how it says. It works, so no need to overdo it! When I started my new job, I forgot and took extra again…same results! Won’t make that mistake again! Otherwise, no side effects at all from Cystex products, and I love the taste. It’s refreshing, not too sweet or sour, and no funny texture. That’s part of why I wanted to take extra, but now it’s just a little treat. I do have one complaint, which is that they changed their packaging a while back. I can’t get the cap to seal after opening, so it has to be stored where it won’t tip over. When I travel, I have to put it in a different bottle and bring the dosing cup separately. A small medicine bottle works well. It seems minor, but it’s a bit of a hassle. I like that it has prebiotics, so I take it with a probiotic…works great if I’m having tummy trouble or have to take antibiotics for a sinus infection or something, because I am good now! No UTIs in many months! I was amazed because the company doesn’t even make all these claims, because it’s a supplement. It is not cheap, but now I can work so it’s worth it. The freedom from pain and daily antibiotics is priceless. I appreciate the prebiotics because it’s helping me repair GI damage from years of antibiotics, too. If they don’t change their formula, I will always use this daily.

I have been taking this liquid daily for almost a year, and have had many fewer UTI's this year. I don't find it to help pain of an active infection as some do. Rather it's for building urinary tract health to help prevent infections.The tablets do help with the pain and they have some kind of antimicrobial supplement. It won't knock out an active infection, but will keep it tamed down until you can get an antibiotic started. And it doesn't turn the urine orangish red.As for taste, not my favorite taste, but nothing horrible. However, I do find the taste a little different from bottle to bottle. Not sure why that is.My only complaint is that the only place I can buy it locally is CVS and it's around $14 a bottle. I thought it would be great to order it and save money. But I've found that the bottles leak. I'm not sure why. They come wrapped in tight plastic and there's one of those little seals on the bottle when you open it. These will both be intact, and yet there will be liquid leaked inside the plastic on about a third of the bottles. I assumed the first time that the bottle wasn't sealed properly and threw it out. This has happened every time though on at least one shipment. This is NOT the seller's fault. Their packaging is fine, but rather the company's packaging. I had a new bottle I packed in my vanity case for a trip. In moving the case around sometimes the UNOPENED bottle would have been on its side. It leaked all in my case. I make sure now when I'm traveling that I keep it some way that it will remain upright. But I'm afraid to order them online. Even though I think it's a packaging defect of some sort, I can't use a medicine from a leaking bottle!

Wonderful product. Helps to avoid bladder infections

This stuff works great. I haven't had a UTI since I found this. A dose a day works for me. No UTIs is one less thing I have to deal with.

Really seems to be working. Taste good.
