I wish I had known about these sooner. I have been keto'ing now for 3 months (down 20 lbs woohoo!), and I have been looking at snack options. I tried other dried cheeses (moon cheese, bleh...Just the cheese, ok), but nothing compares to this! I CAN'T STOP EATING THEM! I ordered the variety 5-pack and have already eaten nearly the whole bag of Asiago & pepper jack. And at just TWO net carbs PER BAG!!!! I am going to finish it. Ha! It's almost the same macros as a big spoonful of nut butter, but it's crunchy and flavorful and cheese! It did take 8 days after ordering to arrive, which was a bummer, but that is definitely not the cheese's fault. 5 stars. Will recommend to everyone! Order in advance so it gets there on time. **Update after trying other flavors: The Tomato Basil had to get tossed, yucky flavor. The BBQ Bacon was good, odd aftertaste. The cheddar cheese was alright, weird texture after chewing. The Parmesan was good. Next time I order, will just get the Asiago flavor only. They were the best!

At first I had to get use to them, they have a very strong cheese taste to them, which is fine with me, sort of like a cheez-it. I wish they were lower in price but I guess since it's supposed to be healthy for you, your gonna pay the price. I find that the best flavored ones is the tangy ranch and asiago/ pepper jack. I would recommend the snack, it's worth trying.

Considering all aspects of this product, would award 3-1/2 stars. It's a pretty tasty snack -- just a bit salty & greasy. The calcium & protein content would seem to keep this item well out of the "junk food" category. It seems that not too many genuinely shelf-stable snacks provide good calcium content -- this one does. Purchased for healthy road-trip eats and it should be a good contribution. Similar to what at least one other reviewer noted, some bags do have a lot of broken pieces and crumbs.

We enjoyed the Parmesan Cheese Crisps and Cheddar Cheese Crisps. The family did *not* care for the Garlic Parmesan Cheese Crisps, the Tangy Ranch Cheddar Cheese Crisps or the Asiago and Pepper Jack Cheese Crisps. We loved the crunch and genuine flavor of the first two. However, we agreed the last three we listed all tasted of chemicals. No matter what is listed in the ingredients, they just didn’t taste right. While the packaging is beautiful, about half of the crisps were broken and quite frankly, the portion is just too small for the price.

Get your keto crunch on with super flavorful cheesey, crunchy, goodness. The bacon ones are the absolute bomb! Can ya say "the bomb" anymore? Let's go with "the Shiznit". Not so much on the economical side however. $3.80 a bag is steep, just as much as big box stores, and super small servings inside the bag. NOT an economical snack by any means. The price is the only sticking point for me especially since the ingredients seem so simple. These should be mainstream snacks! Volume would help bring the price down.

sadly, this is an excellent product and a fantastic snack, but buying it from Amazon means it always arrives broken into small crumbs. They ship it in a cheap bag with no structure whatsoever, and they get broken and transit. We just canceled our subscribe and save for this product and we’ll buy it from a brick and mortar store from now on.

The Bacon BBQ are FANTASTIC - as tasty as any sugar-packed chips I've eaten. The Tomato Basil and the Asiago & Pepper Jack are also well flavored, and the Cheddar is okay. The Parmesan is the only one that is bland, but it's still serviceable. I'm a diabetic trying to keep to low or no carbs to control my blood sugar, and this stuff works. It's been especially helpful in the early stages of carb withdrawal when I'm craving all the bad stuff I used to shove into my body. This is literally a lifesaver.
