Samsung Original 45W Type-C Travel Adaptor with Cable, Black

I ordered a Samsung 45W Adapter with cable charger from Amazon (Seller VNXT) , expecting an original product. However, the first package arrived in poor condition—the box looked water-damaged, and the seal appeared to have been opened. Since the product looked new and genuine, I opened the adapter and cable. I then noticed that one side of the cable was not fitting properly, while the other side fit normally. To make sure the issue was not with the adapter, I tested it with another cable, and it worked perfectly. This confirmed that the problem was with the cable. The next day, I visited a Samsung service center for inspection as Amazon stated Service center replacement only. They confirmed that the pin inside one side of the cable was bent. They also confirmed that the charger was an original Samsung product. However, they refused to replace it, stating that the cable appeared to have been physically damaged and advised me to contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon and initiated a replacement request, explaining the entire situation. Amazon accepted the replacement request, and I received the replacement within a week. This time, the charger arrived in excellent packaging with a proper seal. Both the charger and cable were original and in perfect working condition. Overall, I’m satisfied with Amazon’s replacement service and the quality of the replacement product. The condition of the initial package and the defective cable were disappointing, but Amazon handled the replacement process well and resolved the issue. Also requesting Amazon to Check quality of products from seller shipping to customers, to avoid replacement process and better customer satisfaction Attaching first order and replacement order for new buyer that Amazon Customer care works if issue is genuine.

Works like a charm although I learned it the hard way apparently it doesn't work on Indian trains due to a limit that is put on how much power can be drawn from the socket in the coach. So be mindful of that in the event one is traveling via train in India.

Bad experience with this product. I want to return it because it is not working properly. When I used this charger to charge my mobile, it charged very slowly. After that, the charger stopped working completely. I also noticed that the charger became unusually hot when I touched it. This could be a safety issue. I am not satisfied with the product and would like to return it and get a full refund. Same feedback from my end. extremely poor product and it seems that there are faulty chargers being sent to clear the stock as now when I am trying to get it replaced, it is showing out of stock. Extremely dissatisfied with this product. Kindly avoid if possible. Do not go with the price quoted here as it is worthless. Better to buy it from genuine store to have peace of mind.

Got it in best deal under 1000..Charger works good..cable is good and long type c to c but material quality can be better..value for money under 1000

This is the original/genuine samsung charger. Before buying here on amazon, ive checked the price of charger outside at offline Samsung stores, the 45 w charging brick/adapter itself costs Rs 3500/-, so I kept looking online if I could get at discounted price. Luckily got this one. Thie package consists of both 45w samsung charger & 1.8mts 5A samsung charging cable. Its a steal deal at the price around Rs 1800. Note the charging cable we I get in this package is of higher quality than the one we get in samsung phone box, refer the picture Im using this for my Samsung s25 ultra , it takes around an hour sometime 59 mins -62mins to charge full battery

I bought a Samsung charger 2 months ago. Now it is not working because the charging pin near the charger adapter has melted. When I took it to the Samsung store they replied that it is physically damaged and there will be no exchange. I have seen other customer reviews on Amazon as well in which many customers are worried about the charger heating up and not working. And the Samsung store people are not giving the exchange. The quality of Samsung charger is very poor. Someone is facing the same problem even after buying two chargers... and now I will also have to buy another charger... I don't know how long the charger will last... no warranty... Now Samsung company should provide charger with the mobile and should increase the quality of its charger and should also upgrade the exchange policy... because no one wants to spoil his charger intentionally...
