Haven't had an issue. Use it for employees ADP tablet time clock.

There are some problem with the design: 1） The gap in the lower part of the lid is too large, it cannot be closed, and it is very ugly. 2） The top hole is reserved for the power and volume button，and the under layer has no hole. It is useless at all. What is this poor design？ Has the product been inspected?

When to set this up in a rental property for automation control using a tablet. As I been in the midst of renovations ,I haven't opened it till recent and the time to return has pasted. The key lock and key don't work and now wont unlock. To replace the key lock mech will cost me an extra $40 (inc postage and handling )which is far more expense than I am willing to pay. I do not recommend.

This was used to mount a tablet for staff time clock. Worked as I hoped it would.

I purchased a couple of these tablet cases and the matching table mounts to go with it. Each piece of kit came with the VESA mounting screws; one of the kits also came with nuts to fit at the back. I use these for conventions so they are on the road. I just used it for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Fitment was great. Usability was great. For my use case, I need to affix the base onto a weighted plate, but that's on me and not the manufacturer's fault. Needless to say, this security case also protected one of my tablets during several falls and does not even show the wear for it. However, something I noticed is that one of the cases lost three out of four VESA mounting screws over the course of the three day event. I had to pack the tablet away after the event and vow to fix it later, but thought I'd come here and spread the news. On one of the tablets I used VESA hardware from the tablet cover, on the other I used the VESA hardware from the matching tabletop stand. These were different but similar hardware. Either way I will be visiting the hardware store before future events with these tablet cases/mounts.
