So so hydrating. I do tremendous research before buying anything. After reading ingredients I found out that this will suit my oily skin. I used Chat GPT to compare few other cleansers and it said this one is really good. And I am really impressed. I was going to buy the Cera Ve creamy cleanser but I noticed that it has almost no surfactants, so it wouldn't have washed off my sunscreen & my skin oils. But this hyphen one is an all rounder, it has gentle surfactants and also has ceramides. No fragrance. No chip chip. Plus the packaging is so eatable 😋. And I didn't want a facewash with salicylic acid because using it too much degrades my barrier. So this one is the best for me. Please don't change the formula

Bought this for my sister who has dry skin and usually doesn't tolerate the usual face washes. She is liking it so far. Packaging is convenient. Will update again after she empties the bottle. On first use, this felt quite gentle and moisturizing(just like my cetaphil cleanser) Pricing is decent too.

The cleanser is good and gentle on my skin considering I have combination skin. I have been using their regular sunscreen as well, gives a highlighter effect. But the bottle has package issue, I have been reading the packaging issue across comments, I had the same packaging issue with my Hyphen Sunscreen too. The cleanser had spilled and also the cap doesn't close properly.

Very drying to the skin. Also doesn’t wash off easily, so now I’m using on the loofah for my body. Still leaves a slimy finish. I like her milky toner though
