Amazon delivers again! I have a 2013 BMW 328i x-drive sedan, and I haven't changed the Ignition Coils or the plugs since I got the car in 2018. I've only changed one thing on the engine and that was the intake, changing to an Injen intake instead. I received this 12-point socket with extension with the 4 Bosch Ignition Coils and Iridium Platinum plugs) quickly, but I'm a Prime member and that was my expectation. Amazon continues to spoil me with their efficiency this way. With this 12-point, thin-wall, magnetic, tilting socket with built-in extension, I installed three coils and plugs quickly - within 30 minutes and failing light. The 4th one was difficult to get to without removing the suspension brace and I was about to lose light outside. The car had been misfiring, and replacing these three cleared it up immediately - smooth as silk. No issues with the tools. This socket was precise and on point.

Works as advertised. The plugs are easily extracted. Metal is good quality.

Good item. Used it to change 2016 toyota rav4 se spark plugs. Did the job flawlessly. Love the magnetic part to remove and put in spark plugs. Very easy to use ans adapt to my socket wrench. Definitely a must.

These are fantastic when replacing plugs. Because they’re magnetic you don’t lose the plug when installing and the built-in swivel allows installation in tight spaces (up against the fire wall). Well constructed and well worth the money.

I used this to replace spark plugs on my BMW i3, and it worked like a charm. The thin-walled design really helps in tight engine bays, and the built-in swivel joint made maneuvering around obstacles much easier than with a regular socket. The magnetic feature securely held the plug so I didn’t have to worry about it dropping into the engine. Only minor downside is that it feels a bit lightweight compared to more premium brands, so I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up after repeated use. But for the price, it's an excellent tool to have in your set. Great for DIYers doing occasional spark plug jobs.
