Wow! Level one is working to loosen up my ankles after midfoot fusion surgery. Helps with arthritic discomfort, too. Not for all day, it for a few hours. Seems to be loosening up my iliacus and improving my posture. I’ve had it a week. I recommend it. I’m heavy and it’s very sturdy. It doesn’t make a lot of noise or move around the floor.

Okay, this thing is the best way to wake up in the morning! It’s great for workouts, a simple foot massage, blood flow when you’re stuck working at your desk! Honestly anyone with a desk job should have one of these! I also love that it isn’t too loud, I’m on a 3rd floor, and nobody below me can hear it!

Ordered this on Nov. 29th of last year, so it's only 8 mos old. And 3 months into using it about 2x weekly, one band started to peel. The other one is perfect but the defective one started coming apart and just keeps getting worse. Attached a photo. The unit itself is fine but I will now need to somehow replace the band because I am afraid it will snap and hit me in the face or another part of my body, which makes me have to limit my use of it for strength building. Be warned.

I have a desk job so I don’t move very much. This is great way to move if you don’t have the energy for a workout or even a warmup. Start slow and work your way up or you could hurt your feet trying to steady yourself.
