Versa ClampIt is certainly not one fit for all. Also, when you bend down or similar activity the clip comes undone with disastrous results. All in all not worth buying. Perhaps the upper model is better but this one is certainly not worth buying

Very tight fitting even on the lowest setting . Not suitable for senior citizens . No refund available on this faulty item. Got a replacement from Amazon at a fraction of the cost of this item. This faulty item should be withdrawn from Amazon.

The clamp works well but sadly it broke after 3 weeks

This is my first clamp after postrate removal. I am wearing incontinence pads and thought I would try a clamp. This clamp is so uncomfortable with sharp edges and corners so I'm not impressed. Should I now try another make or not risk it? But I'm not happy with it.

After surgery 3 years ago the original confidence clamp was a great find and did indeed boost my confidence that I could resume travelling again. Over 3 years I broke 3 which was disappointing but understandable given the forces exerted on them.I just ordered another confidence clamp and also ordered the new style Versa clamp. I was shocked at the disappointment between the two. The Versa clamp was very stiff to operate. At one point I was sure that I'd snap it before it released. I understand the need for it to be strong and not break but this design seems to have gone too far. Also, I'm a very experienced clamp user but none of the adjustments worked for me. The amount of leakage was unacceptable.So, I'm disappointed and will return it.

Product is very good, small issue in engaging and disengaging the clasp, it’s too early to give a proper opinion if it’s functionality, I hope in coming days I can figure a easy way to work the clasp, the positive is thatIt’s gentle and well padded while wearing it and it does not interfere with daily chores, and tiny amount of leakage, I like it

The clamp broke after a few days.Not very durable. The previous clamp I bought for half the price of this one lasted more than a year!

Terrible waste of time & money. Returned product. Seemed to be a more solid h comfortable alternative. Luckily I had bed pad in place, but I still woke up very wet 4 times. Loved the idea of the design versitality. Very hopeful for a comfortable device. I tried to clamp as tight as possible that became most uncomfortable. Manipulating the catch was very impossible when it was clamped so tight. What made this impossible was that I have very arthritic hands. This isn't a procedure you can share with anyone else. I didn't ever try to wear the Clamp while out and active. That would have been a total disaster.I don't need to say that my encounter with their customer service people was most pleasant and congenial.
