Love it
It was hard to find turquoise anything for a kitchen so I was happy when I saw this. It arrived the next day which was fast considering where I live in the country. It arrived packaged very well. Easy to use and it looks fantastic in my kitchen

DO NOT BUY
Gone through 3 of these for my rental in 5 months, like it for the aesthetic. It has to be the most cheaply made, over priced, rip off you can find. Do not buy this microwave.

Yes it a very nice looking piece of junk. READ THIS!! (ACTUALLY ONE STAR)
It did fill the kitchen with smoke once while warming a chocolate chip cookie ( for 35 seconds on 100% power ). So we put it out in the garage, then outside,still to much smoke! This is a nice looking serious fire hazard. I'm thinking about buying another one for the neighbors I've disliked for a long time. I would recommend this for a boat anchor, but I don't think it is heavy enough. It's too big for a book end, or wheel chock. Maybe storage for small hand tools? I would recommend this for anything except a microwave, maybe mosquito repellant. I should have given this 1 star, but I wanted people to read this! My attorney friend said that it shouldn't be called a microwave, he calls it evidence.

Poorly made and zero customer support from Haden
This item is NOT made well and both Amazon Customer Service and Haden Customer service makes it impossible to return or replace. The two plastic hooks that hold the door closed are not durable. They snapped off when I opened the door, the main thing a microwave must do is open and close. This microwave also locks. What microwave locks? I can confirm that this microwave is universally hated by my Airbnb guests. I’ve had at least 15 people complain about the locking feature.

A little difficult to get the hang of, but pretty!
I get compliments all the time on this microwave. It’s the perfect size for our countertop, seems high quality, and I love the color… I just wish that it was a little more simple in terms of use. Trying to figure out the dial with all of the settings is a bit confusing, and I still need to look more into all of the ways you can use it, but I do like it.
