I bought these Wireless earbuds because i wanted one that would allow me to connect both left and right at the same time, my previous earbuds i could only connect one at a time.iv'e been using these now for a few months and i am impressed with the sound quality. pairing was easy , however i did have an issue with the left earbud not getting sound , i spent quite some time trying to figure out why and had no instructions to solve this so i visited the tozo website and there i found some instructions to perform a reset by holding the button down fpr 10s until you hear 3 beeps. its important too that you clear you bluetooth memory of the device.once this was done they were fine all back to original state .multi size earbuds ensures that they will fit snug in the ear. i had to play around a bit with them to get optimum sound quality as i didn't receive any instructions, i now know best position is with the light at the bottom where the L or R character is positioned.i connected these to my iPhone and i didn't find many issues , the odd earbud from time to time my not connect automatically and therefore just needs me to go into my Bluetooth and manually connect them again, this might be my phones fault and not the earbuds.i love the charging station, it keeps the earbuds charged and its really stylish too. recently i have had an issue with charging them, i wasn't sure is it the usb cable the earbuds or the charging station. after contacting customer service and going through a few troubleshooting steps they have agreed to send me a second pair which i think is good customer service. this is something i was impressed with, they really try to help if you have any issues.overall i like these very much , nicely fit snugly in the ear, stereo sound and no wires to be seen, price is very good at £30 couldn't be more happier.

Really impressed by these little guys. I was slightly sceptical before buying (had a suspicion some reviews were fake) but they seem like the real deal, and an absolute steal for <£30.- Sound quality on par with my £140 Shure bluetooth headphones (give a bit of time to get used to the sound signature), impressive level of bass- Very comfortable - they're light so you quickly forget they're in, and they stay tight during intense gym sessions etc- Battery life is 2-3 hours, but doesn't tend to be an issue since you naturally store them in the charge case when not using- Signal strength is great, have hardly ever noticed them drop (even on busy trains etc)- Call quality is easily clear enough for most purposes - I can be heard significantly better than on my £140 ShuresI only have two very minor gripes:- The buttons - single press to play/pause, double press to... redial? Very strange choice, surely not a feature anyone uses. Would make a lot more sense to have volume or skip track built in- Fairly bright blue LEDs flash as you listen, giving you a slightly cyborg aesthetic. Not really an issue, but if the LEDs were on the inside (or just less bright) that would be preferableStill, it's an easy 5* from me.

I have tried these earphones for the last few months and so far they seem to be pretty good. Sound quality is good and the battery life seems good. But the only thing is, they can fall out easily if not placed inside the ear correctly. The right ear bud only accept incoming calls. The left ear bud cannot whereas it can only plays music . It be better both right and left ear buds of either accept incoming calls. Plus if sound effect are more clearer than that be perfect. It is good for people who cannot answer their phone by holding it up into the ear. It is ideally for walking, jogging, running etc. I would recommend people purchasing this products as I think it’s good and handy. It’s very good value for money compare to expensive iPhone ear buds etc. The price are reasonable for mostly everyone. It has nice battery carrier case and the colour is black as black goes with everything. When people wear this earbuds, it makes them feel posh. This ear buds the appearance of it looks different compare to other ear buds. I like the blue flashing lights from the earbuds. It flashes every few seconds meaning it’s connected and activated. That shows you it’s working correctly. I think this product is fairly new as I never seen it before. For the first time using it is difficult, cos if it’s not handle correct and properly can be abit of a problem but it’s easy resolvable in the end. Once you get use to it, things will be much easier and simple to use. When handling the ear bud first time, it is slippery and can be drop at many times. Dropping many time is not good, cos it can destroy the sound effect when listening to music and answering calls. This ear buds can last a lifetime if know how to handle it carefully and safely. This product is not high demanding yet due to it is newly come out. But once it is high demand, it will get popular. The only things about this product is it cannot increase or decrease sound. I think it should add on extra like increase and decrease the sound, making high and low volume. The product colour is mainly black. There should be lots of other colors to choose from as people has different taste of choosing colour. Some people prefer red, blue, white, yellow etc. some people wear both ear buds at the same time but if you prefer you can wear one ear bud only, which is the right ear mainly as you can answer calls on right ear only. The left ear bud only for listening music, playing and stopping music. It is not recommended for using while swimming cos it cannot come in contact with water. The chlorine from the swimming can damage the ear buds. It is good for people driving a car, motorbike etc without having to hold the phone in your hand. It is so much convenient.

As these stereo earphones are completely wireless there is no wire connecting the left and right channel so the right master earpiece has to pair with the left slave one. This is done two ways manually, or automatically when both are removed from the charging box. In theory this should be quick and easy, so why then did I spend over an hour and almost sending back to Amazon as faulty with the left channel not working?. Well I'm usually very good for reading instructions in detail when I purchase new items, but I missed an important word "RESET". It didn't say why, just hold down the MFB for 10s and wait for 3 beeps. It would have been helpful if the seller had added "Any problems pairing L with R please RESET". Hopefully now this will save other customers a lot of time if these lock-up, leaving the left channel with no sound just a bleep. No problem was encountered pairing to my Smartphone. Now to the sound, I'm pleased I persevered with these as the sound, when the earpieces are correctly placed in the ears is very good, especially at £30 which is the current Sale price. Good advice is given for positioning these for optimum sound, basically place each earpiece in the ear with the lights at the bottom, then twist both so the lights face the front a little, creating a better seal and 3 sets of different size silicone caps are supplied which also helps. Despite my pairing problem, these Tozo Bluetooth earphones deserve 5* on sound quality alone and are excellent value.UPDATE — 14th September 2019The top part of one ear piece fell off. Even by re positioning it, one channel kept unpairing so these no longer worked. Just over a year old and out of guarantee, I contacted the supplier. Within 24 hours ASGO replied and a few days later I received a brand new replacement.Excellent backup service from the supplier for a good value product, many thanks.

I received this earbuds and was initially very pleased with them. They appear sturdy and the sound quality is excellent for the price. But I've had to return them because of one, and only one, fault (but it's a biggie). The blue lights (and they're bright) in both buds flash continuously at 4 second intervals. There's no way to switch this off (the company even suggested on their website that another user put black tape over them!). For me, it makes them impossible to use at night (which is when I'm most likely to use them). My ears will light up blue every four seconds. Obviously, I'm not going to accept that. It's such a shame, because n every other way, these buds are excellent value for money.

I bought these over a year ago and was really pleased with them, they are good headphones, connect via bluetooth to your phone well and all good at the start. After about 6 months though one of the headphones starts to eratically connect, so doesn't always connect or work, and then one side's battery starts to die first. Now the battery lasts a maximum of 30 minutes of playing time and just dies so not even one walk worth. I contacted the sellers and they replied at first but then didn't reply and to this date have not offered to do anything about the product, not a replacement or any sort of refund, i definitely wouldn't recommend these, i would spend a bit more for a better quality product and some sort of customer service.

Absolutely loved these earbuds ! and have only now been using them for a week. They are excellent quality, and they have a good level of noise cancellation, so you only get to hear clear music/calls with little or no background interference. They have a good level of bass but it's not an over powering bass sound as some are but it has a good all round sound quality giving a brilliant listening experience. The size and fit in the ear is really good and the supplied extra buds for various ear sizes and shapes is a nice touch, they also stay in very well. They aren’t heavy and you barely notice they are in. I have wore them out walking the dog for 2 to 3hrs and more and I've had no issues at all. The charging station is small and very portable and easy to take with you. The buds dock really easily for charging and storing, the charging cable would be a lot more useful if it was a little longer, especially when your charging from a computer USB point it becomes an issue. Overall, these are one of the best sets of earbuds/ headphones I’ve used in ages. Only had them for a short while so durability I can't really comment on as of yet but I'm sure it will be as good as the rest of my xperience so far.

I had been waiting for the true wireless ear buds to be well established and for prices to come down. I have bought these as a tentative step into this type of earbud. I hate the trailing wires of standard headphones and have been using bluetooth earbuds for several years. These new true wireless ones have been interesting and I have a few observations.1. The sound quality is acceptable to me as I mostly listen to audio books. To listen to music is ok but for this price you cannot expect hifi.2. The battery does last about 1.5 hours so this is not any good for long plane journeys or the like. I use then on the trip to work which lasts less than 1 hour so ok for me.3. I like the fact that the case recharges them when not in use.4. They are a bit fiddly and I can see a time when I will drop one during the process of taking them out of the box5. I did have some issues with the left channel dropping out, which was annoying, but if you angle them slightly backwards it improves the reception.On the whole I am happy with these and the price is great thanks.
