Will this work with the digitech rp250?

Yes it will. I looked for a long time to find the correct replacement power source for my RP-250 and it works perfectly. Other ones I found were much more expensive. Can't go wrong with this product.

Is it compatible with rp500v and is the inside pin positive ?

Aug 25, 2022 - purchased a used RP500. came with an incorrect 9vac 100 mA adapter that caused loud humming and crashed the processor often. Switched it out for this model. no more humming, doesn't crash, works perfect. I've tried it with both my guitar and my bass, no issues whatsoever.
