This senna tea works exactly as advertised. If you're dealing with occasional constipation, you'll likely see results within 6–12 hours. The tea bags are easy to steep, and the flavor is milder than expected – slightly grassy with a hint of sweetness, not bitter. I appreciate that it's just pure senna leaf without added artificial flavors or sweeteners. The 1.76oz box contains 24 tea bags, which is a solid value for the price. However, warning: this is potent. Do not drink a full cup unless you've used senna before. I recommend steeping for 3–4 minutes (not longer) and drinking half a cup first to see how your body reacts. Cramping can happen if you overdo it. Also, don't use this daily – it's for occasional relief only. If you have IBS or other digestive issues, check with your doctor first. Effective but needs respect.
