Highest quality product, helps with general recovery/exhaustion & general aches & pains from athletic training, running, health issues, & difficult schedule; without being known for having any substantial effect on blood pressure; though I feel dosage could be problematic; I take 1-4 tablets - not 15 - up to 3 (or 4) times per day (but I also take 1 capsule Maca Magic per day + daily Monster energy drink w/ the herbal medicines (& protein(s) in it.). I have been using these products for about 8 years. I'm not sure they do one iota of good; however, somewhere I believe these products detoxify my body. It's not a sure thing but I believe in Japanese ethics and continue to feel it's beneficial.
