I’m really impressed with the Arzroic Gimbal Bumper/Guard for the DJI Avata 2—it’s a simple add-on that makes a big difference. The fit is perfect, snapping on securely without interfering with the gimbal's movement or camera performance. It’s lightweight but feels durable, and it gives me peace of mind knowing the gimbal has an extra layer of protection, especially during rough landings or in tight flying spaces. Installation was super easy, and I love that it doesn’t add any noticeable weight or throw off the drone’s balance. It stays in place even during aggressive flights and offers solid impact resistance for such a small accessory. Perfect fit, get it!

Aside from having a challenge with the small size of the screws, I got each guard attached within a few minutes. Hopefully I won't need the them to protect the gimbal but if I do, I trust they'll provide needed protection. I like the orange trim on either side.

They did the job saved my drone. I had to take one off and straighten it out and then put it back on these things are worth the money.

Good product

This gimbal bumper is something that should've been included with the drone. The bumper consist of two alloy pieces that are very easy to install. Everything needed is included with the kit. The bumpers are not visible in the video and if you fly into a tree or a wall, they should protect the camera. If you smack into something at high speed thou, you'll probably break the mounts and all, but at least for lower speed crashes, this make the difference and save the drone from a scratched lens or damaged gimbal. The bumper is very light and doesn't affect the flight characteristics of the drone. If you also have aftermarket bumpers on the propellers then the this gimbal bumper might be redundant. When I put the prop guards on then in a head on collision they contact the object first and technically the gimbal is safe. Since I'm just at the learning stages of FPV flying I'm going to use both for now, as the weight penalty is so minimal.

The one weak spot on the Avata 2 is that the camera, lens and gimbal are exposed. This solves that problem nicely. The protector simply attaches with the provided bolts. I love the red anodized color. Looks sharp. The protector is out far enough to not interfere with the gimbal or camera.
