Comfy until it isn’t
The chair initially was very comfy and relaxing, however this soon changed. After around 2 weeks of usage, you can start to feel the massage parts more through the fabric, which gets worse over time. The LEDs stopped working after just 2 days. Overall, the chair is now rather uncomfortable, requiring additional cushions and padding to make it usage. Without it you end up leaving with a painful backside. Do not recommend if you need a comfy chair to spend many hours in.

Disapointing
Positives: The inbuilt LEDS are nice. It does take the weight (180kg) Negatives: Cheep feeling plastic - During Contruction the captive bolts that hold the arms came free, so I now can not fully tighten or disasemble it. The Backrest lock is weak and wont keep the backrest upright, it really needs a stronger / better locking mechanism. The massage feature is powered via a usb cable; so it is sadly pathetically weak. (this was the main reason I wanted this chair) The Seat foam is uncomfortable, I have had to use a cussion to stop the leg pain.
