Perimenopause+ADHD=madness This has helped tremendously for my ADHD that has worsened since perimenopause set in. I'm unable to take pharmaceutical meds due to other med issues. It is probably a very good product and does you good. But, I like to see results fast. Took a few days. No adverse reactions. Probably won't buy again

Not a fan. I didn’t notice a thing. No digestive issues or side effects. Definitely didn’t improve focus or mood. I wouldn’t try to take over the counter products again unless they are natural. Wouldn’t pay for again
