Is it better than jbl partybox 310?

Hello, I am not familiar with the JBL party box, but from the looks of it, the JBL looks like a bigger speaker system more suited for larger open spaces. If you are looking for a more compact portable speaker, I would say the Marshall speaker is a good choice. I am very happy with mine and so far I have not heard a better sounding speaker than this portable Marshall. It has an amazing base sound, if this is something you are looking for. I would recommend you hear them both if possible before you purchase any of them, as to your needs and likes.

Which is better: the Woburn or the Tufton?

Woburn is a bigger better sounding speaker. The only thing Tufton has going is it's a portable speaker. Oddly weird shape. Sounds ok
