It works. I guess it has that going for it. But, you have to aim it directly at the TV like it's the 90's and be within about 7 feet. Ridiculously annoying. Multiple button pushes and aiming at the TV just right. I'm thinking of sending this one back and spending the extra to get a real one from Samsung.

Unfortunately the control does not function qs it should, it was easy to pair, but I believe it may be defective. I purchased this for my Samsung TV. I would advise for y'all to purchase original controls for smart TVS

Item has been seriously defective since day of having the product in my possession, with the holidays, and a very busy work schedule, unfortunately, I dont have leisure time to re-wrap product, take to dropoff location, and then wait in line to process the return, (1.)The part of the remote that you remove to place batteries inside the remote, does securely close/ latch, constantly falls off, causing a dominoes effect of batteries falling out and rolling on the floor.(2.) The voice comes on the remote does nothing when pressed, therefore I cannot use my Samsung Bixby feature...Im hoping the Seller, will read my review, and either refund or replace the remote, ALL THAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO, IS TO WATCH TELEVISION, AND ID LIKE TO HAVE THE OPTION OFNUDING THR VOICE FEATURES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO WORK WITHOUT FAIL

It does not work with a 4K Sony as it says the voice control is not suited for the Sony. It looks like it but is not the true one. Found this out through the Sony technician who said you have to be careful when ordering these things. So no, it does not work for the remote on the voice control for your 4K Sony Smart TV

If it's not pointing directly at the sensor on the tv, it won't work. And sometimes it double clicks when you only hit it once. Probably the worst tv controller I have ever used. 1 star is too good. More like a 1/2 star.

I got this on Feb 5. It’s Feb 14 and the battery drains immediately after it has been disconnected from charging all night. Since this is a solar control I have left it by a window and it still does not work. Get yourself a different control this one is not it. Amazon has not been helpful.

Absolutely awful. You need to press the buttons so hard just to get the remote to register with the TV. Physically looks identical to the Sony but functionally not worth the money!!!

Shocked at 1st, then extreme disappointment. Connects automatically to the TV, but slow to react and disconnects frequently. Kept as a replacement in case my old 1 broke, and missed my return window
