Loved it the moment I switched it on. BUT the seller needs to modify 2 important facts: 1) The USB cord should have been longer as it defeats the purpose of elegance the moment I have to use the extension cord or should provide a battery operated option as it additionally benefits those with NO electrical power or power cut. 2) I just used it to write two words and erasing it was a task, I had to use force to rub it off and that took away my joy of owning this beauty. It should have cleaned with one swipe. 3) it should be returnable as the product becomes redundant if the Customers DONโT choose to keep it. Make your product for re-purchase and not for replacement. Amazon Quality, you too should take ownership for such products/sellers.

Plastic board and stand feel really cheap. Stand actually snapped within two minutes while I was adjusting it, so Iโve had to swap it out for a laptop stand instead. To be fair, it works exactly as advertised and the lighting looks good once it's plugged in. But, it starts heating up after only 30 seconds of use. Honestly, between the poor build and the heat issues, it feels more like e-waste than a functional product.
